Just got a mortgage offer within the week, arranged by Joe Smith. No fuss, personal service, direct phone and email contact (no infuriating automated answer services). Extremely efficient. Carlsberg don't do mortgage arrangers but if they did...!

If there was minus 1,000,000 stars, wouldn't be enough to give, I was mislead by them, and they set up my direct debit and tried to take money before I even got the paperwork through the post or email, total scam, n then they had the cheek to send me a letter to say they closed my account, no customer service, no apology, nothing, I cancelled the direct debit

If there were more stars available for Kylie Burnett, mortgage advisor at Neilson Place I would give them. Kylie recently organised 2 mortgages for me & she made a very complex process so simple. She was knowledgeable & supportive with my many questions. There were a few changes to my plans & Kylie was always patient with this. I have since recommended her to anyone I know looking for a mortgage as I would also like them to have this experience. Thank you Kylie!

I applied for life insurance for my partner and I via an online comparison website however when it came to completing this, it required me to receive a phonecall from Nielson Place. I spoke with Vince who was incredibly friendly and cheery, set on sorting out my insurance and getting me the best quote and cover possible. My bank had quoted me £118 a month! But via Legal and General for both mortgage cover as well as critical illness, our joint total came to only around £30 a month.
Would highly recommend these guys. I got Vinces personal work number so I could call him back regarding something we needed to wait on, so when I phoned him he was happy to arrange a telephone appointment for me later that day so he could confirm a few things with me.
I had never heard of this business beforehand actually, but I had nothing but pleasant experiences with them!

Not even worth the one star company we’re a total nightmare from the start! Communication was zero meaning even after e mailing and leaving voicemails there was always excuse for late reply! Sent some bazarre requests for information regarding mortgage and even the brokers assistant still asking me for bank statements etc in may when everything had been sent early April???? Not for me I even lost the deal I was first advised to take due it been withdrawn by the time I found another broker who did arrange mortgage with same company neilson place advised me and had an offer within ten days

Having got in touch via an online for I spoke to Joe Smith initially on the phone and explained by remortgaging needs. From that point on I was updated with absolutely everything by Joe via email. He found the mortgage, arranged all the paperwork etc right through to offer. This took a matter of a couple of weeks. I cannot recommend Joe & Neilson Place enough and will certainly be back to use them again on my next remortgage
