DISGRACEFUL TREATMENT & FAKE PROMOTIONS
Wish I could give a minus star. I bought 4 Neff appliances on 26 December 2025 with an excitement and was told to wait for stocks to renew for more than a month. At the time of my purchase, there was a complimentary pan and pot set promotion. I was told (and it was written on their website in T&C) that I need ENr and FD numbers on the hob that will be delivered to claim the promotion.
The appliances were delivered on 5 February 2026. I went to their website to claim the promotion set, I couldn’t enter the purchase date before 16 January as they updated the promotion dates. I called multiple times and received aggressive answer like I am trying to claim something I don’t have a right to saying that I didn’t buy appliances after 16 January 2026! HELLOO, I bought them at the time there was a promotion and you were bragging about your promotions! It is your fault not to have them in stock and deliver for more than a month!
I could’ve bought other brands half price and got them delivered in a couple of days, but preferred Neff for their “quality”. I would never expect such a scam from once I thought a reliable company! What a mistake! I will use all my rights to return all appliances as I am still in that period.
What makes me frustrated is that you put me in a position like I try to scam you, although you are the ones who don’t deliver for more than a month and realise your promotion.
If my return doesn’t go through successfully, I am going to small claims court and tell all my friends and neighbours to not purchase from you.
I’ve learned through my experience that this is NOT a reputable, or trustworthy company at all. Absolute disgrace!

I do apologise, however the pan promotion running in December had an expiry date for submissions, and as this has been missed, the promotion can no longer be applied for.
It was possible to place an initial claim at the time, but as this was not done, it can no longer be applied for.
