The technician rang in advance and arrived promptly.
He was very knowledgeable and experienced and had a nice friendly approachable manner. He completed the call-out with no fuss or mess. He communicated clearly what the issue was and what he had done to resolve it.

Where to find Neff spares
Well folks if you need genuine spares for your Neff product and you're not sure of the details just make contact with Neff Home IE/UK and they will sort you out. I used Whatsapp which was painless and I described my problem and Mandy from Neff came back with a part number and price. Due to Brexit I decided to purchase the replacement part in Ireland as Neff customer service are based in UK.
