It looks like another Chinese company. Bad material and bad service.

There are only 5 stars because i would like to put 10 stars!!! Perfect shop! Professional and kind staff! Fast delivery! I'm sure 100% i will buy soon again from this Company! Thank you very much! Well done.

Be careful buying from this company. They are fine until you want to return an item and for a refund. The MD has to accept it first, then it took them over a month and lots of chasing from me for them to issue a refund.

Glossy websites and lots of social media marketing does not make a professional company.

I placed an order and nothing arrived several weeks later. Chased them up and they said they would send it "again" - like they sent it the first time! Actually arrived the second time and the clothes were far too big so I returned them using their stated process. I have proof of shipping and proof of delivery (with signature) and weeks later I still have no refund. Sent them numerous messages asking for my refund and they are all ignored. Going to have to raise a dispute with my credit card company as dealing with Nebulus is a joke. I would seriously think twice before buying from these fools.

Very poor clothes quality, so I've re-sent pack.
I'm not yet reimbursed after 7 weeks and 7 reminders.
Nebulus doesn't answer anymore. No explications and no apologies...

Myself & my family have purchased items a few times now and never had any problems receiving our orders, Just received my latest order 3 day delivery from Germany 🇩🇪 to the UK 🇬🇧 no problems with customer service replying to my emails. Excellent service & fast delivery very happy customer.

I ordered a woman ski jacket. The jacket was not tailored in the waistline as on the website and poor quality. Pocket had a hole in it. I have sent back the jacket with their return label so I just had to bring it to the post office. I paid 57,98 euro and the will give me back 39,99 euro. That is 18 euro less. Does anybody know 1 company that deduct THAT much for returning an item???? A complete rip off!!! They make money on what they sell AND on return cost.

Ordered a gents jacket. Received a ladies jacket. Now I have to return item at my expense. Terrible service.

Cheap clothing... cheap everything...the type of materials brought from a market ..draw cord. on jumper no elasticity...all ready out of shape .. and not been worn or washed ...my partner has not been bothered to try on ...cotton jacket has got the cheapest zip ...no elasticity in wrists..and waist... just rubbish..I'm not bothering about sending back as I have just read other reviews..YET another bad internet buy sorry hate leaving negative reviews KB

Complete rip off, avoid at all costs.
Ordered 2 x shirts - never delivered, they constantly state that it is up to me to chase THEIR delivery agents being DHL / UK Mail but I do not appear to have the correct consignment order to communicate with DHL / UK Mail on line and there is no way currently I can talk to them.

Their latest response to my request for assistance or refund is appalling- blaming ME for their shocking service - see below. I have checked and my home address they have on my account IS correct.

"Thank you for your message!
Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment, because the package has to be delivered or returned to us.
Also have you this address so registered thus the fault lies with you not with us.
We have also informed you about the possibilities how you can still change the address.
However, you ignore these.
This is also understandable, because we have no influence on it, because the package has DHL.
I mention again, you are welcome to contact DHL or the UK Mail.
We wish you a nice day !"

Bought two jackets one with faulty zip. Asked for an exchange and returned item that cost £24.99.
Received £13.99 refund and told don't exchange items
Said remainder was for postage. Daylight robbery I wouldn't recommend this company. Nothing about returns policy, and shouldn't have to pay for faulty goods.

steer clear of Nebulus , a very poor online clothing outlet. Quality of product is very substandard. No way to return an item using their website and they go out of their way to make it like this. Ironically, I have been fleeced by their fleece jacket. they should be called Nebulous, just one extra letter needed.

They are a scam company . Stay away

Ordered a Jacket I had seen online, also ordered a couple of packs of Facemasks to make the order worthwhile with the postage, Paid, couple of days later, “ sorry Jacket out of stock “ OK, not happy, please Cancel whole order. NO, not possible, so I paid for a couple of packs of masks that cost the same as the postage ! Bunch of CROOKS ! If you think Website’s from China are poor, use these Crooks ! You have been warned !
