They deliver goods without any document (for return) or any invoice. I send back a jacke ( poor quality and too large )... after 5 weeks I had to send complaint before I was refunded. THE DO NOT PAY THE REFUND COSTS BACK! So be carefull, because not also the quality of the goods is poor, also the customer service

Ordered two fleece jacket in the first week of December and then nothing no Email confirmation until just before Christmas when I received a tracking number for DHL according to it my order was sent on the 15th and it would appertaining that the order is sitting in Germany some where. I have been emailing them since New Year’s Day but alas do not hold out much hope. Buyer beware as they say.

Don't touch with a 'barge pole' - worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered and paid for 2 items - only one item sent (and that was the wrong size) and now won't send second item stating their video evidence of 'packing bay' states 2 items sent - BUT are unwilling to send any evidence. The bag the garment came in is just big enough for one item and would not physically accept another. Fortunately I have kept the packaged and and sent photos as proof to Nebulus but they seem uninterested and wont do anything about the wrong size item, or the missing item without first insisting that I first sign an 'Affidavit' - which is in German! Other flippant replies to date. Happy enough to take your money but not willing to resolve. Paypal complaints procedure initiated. AVOID

Ordered an item from this company ,on the 17th December 2020 , not received, i messaged them to find out why i have not received it ,got nowhere , potential buyers Avoid Avoid very poor service, will take your money and run .

Bought a gilet as a Christmas present, used the sizing chart ordered medium which arrived and looked quite small it was and doesn’t fit, asked to exchange, no exchanges, I can send back at my cost and reorder item, item now in their sale at £25 more than I paid prior to Christmas similar customer service Curt emails won’t buy again

Ordered Sunday received Tuesday, they did kept me up to date overall my experience was good.

I bought a jacket from Nebulus and after only a few wears, the lining of the jacket tore badly leaving a large tear and a pocket with a hole it it making it unusable. I told them about it and was offered a 25% discount which I refused, this was an insult. I then sent them a copy of European consumer law which resulted in them offering me a full refund or a replacement. This however was subject to me returning the jacket to them, this involved a delivery payment for the jacket to get to me (delivery), then paying for the retur, then paying again to get the replacement to me, adding these three charges came to more than the cost of the jacket. I have been a regular buyer of Nebulus, but will not buy from them again. I suggest you look elsewhere for similar clothing with better customer service.

The jacket i bought was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, following their size chart, I ordered M which was too big. Trying to send it back is a nightmare. Number weren't recognised so I emailed for someone to help me. No reply! Tried again a few days later...Guess what?...no reply!

Si now I'm stuck with a jacket thats too big and I can't send it back. Never again will I order from Nebulus.

The product was good but to big. Sent it back but now super long waiting for the return of the money. Hope to receive the refund soon! Sadly no quick responses.

Absolutely horrible..takes them forever to get back with you...I ordered a pullover even paid for the express shipping (3-5) days that was ok Dec 16th..they finally got back to me and grave me the run around ive asked multiple times to please refund my money then said they would give me a $5 coupon on an oder of over $50..I've repeatedly sent emails wanted my money and still no answer..Absolutely horrible

I bought graffity man jacket. The goods is very quality materila, suit perfect, colors are amazing. I am very happy with the buying. We have problem with parcel. We didn´t receive. The company sent us new one item very fast. The company is very good. I recomend

I bought an item at the beginning of December for Christmas. Christmas came and gone and no update on my item or as to what is the issue.

I ordered four items of clothing in Large size, however when I saw receipt it stated that two were XL. I emailed company to advise of the issue and for them to rectify it and the following was the reply:

I then asked them to cancel the order (I had checked if it had been shipped and DHL had only received an electronic advise of shipment). The reply was as follows:

given to DHL.

Charming! Well I have emailed several times since and no reply. I have stated that they need to stop shipment and refund me. I will take this up with my credit card company.

DO NOT USE THEM.... Buyer be aware

First time I've ordered from Nebulus and after reading some of the reviews here was really concerned. No need to worry. Ordered 3 items on 15.12.20 and they arrived today (24.12.20) even with the problems with UK borders! The men's Norwegian Canadian jacket, a Tanna fleece jacket and women's cardigan are all excellent quality and true to size. Will definitely order from Nebulus again.

Don't buy any footwear for them, bought some Ottawa boots supposed to be dark brown one was a dark chocolate brown whilst the other one was a milk chocolate brown and to top things off I couldn't get the right one on my foot. All I can say is that I hope the poor little sod in Bangladesh who made them still got paid.

Will never buy from again. Only two of the four items I purchased arrived. I was then assured that their video evidence showed the four items were packed. The parcel clearly had not been tampered with. They wanted me to sign an affidavit and they would hand the matter over to the police. Very disappointed.

Ordered a bathrobe back in the end of November. Item according to nebulus is it was picked up by Dhl in Germany 2 days after placing order, waited 10 days before trying everything to contact nebulus about not receiving my order , messaged them on Facebook after remarking on one of their posts that the email address which is on their website is not correct as the emails I sent them 3 times was sent back undelivered , they gave me another email address , which done the same , then I noticed an email address on my payment via PayPal so emailed that and got a very rude abrupt email back, saying that they have issues and the item has been sent or picked by them but due to issues it was out of their hands and have no control over when I will receive my parcel. So I checked again with Dhl head office in the uk who checked through their network in Germany and they confirmed they have no parcel for my address from the company. So got on to PayPal for a refund and got it within 48 hours .

Purchased Norwegian Frier winter jumper, but ordered M rather than a S. Emailed them within moment's of sending the order,to change the size. Next day reply came that this could not be done as my order was already shipped. It took 7 days for my parcel to arrive and when it came the post date was 3 days after the email. The jumper turned out to be small fitting for a 38 chest so am more than happy with it. Great fleecy inner and is so warm. The best winter jumper in my wardrobe. I would shop again, but when ordering order up a size to ensure good fit keeps contact with customer services to minimum
