Neat Team has been excellent, they replied to questions very quickly with friendly professionalism. Order and delivery within 48 hours. Their products are natural, I feel relaxed giving them to my teenage son. My son uses the "Sleep" capsules and he says he doesn't wake during the night anymore. At a later date I will be able to comment on the other capsules, as my son has just only started using them. Thank you Neat Team.

My complaint isn't with billing or receiving merch, it's with the horrible taste and aftertaste.But I'm going to check my CC to be certain no additional charges have been made as I didn't sign up for auto ship.

The bottom of the box of protein shakes, cheesecake dessert and nutrition bars all say distributed by "Neat Nutrition Inc." so I suppose I'm in the right review forum.
The boxes also say "MyNeat Health." All boxes claim that there is no aspartame, rather fructose and sugar are listed as sweeteners, but there is a chemical, artificial, very unpleasant, burning, kind of tingling aftertaste that lingers in the mouth long after it's been consumed.
Every review I read was 4-5 stars when I did my research on different review sites and I'm beginning to believe all the reviewers were paid.
Of all the protein shakes and replacement bars I've tried, these are by far the very worst and to top it off the refund policy is 21 days. I spent well over $160.00 because reviews were so amazing. I purposely skipped Amazon reviews because of the"paid" ones and think I still got scammed.
Atkins and Slim fast far exceed the smell of powder, flavor and awful aftertaste. I was only able to try one berry shake and 1 cheesecake and believe me when I say that desserts are my thing. If I can eat a pudding or drink a shake that provides protein, is low sugar and Keto friendly, I'm all in.
But this stuff is just awful! I'd even sell packets for $1 plus postage so people can try them before doing what I did because a box of 7 is $16 or more.
I've got 5 boxes of shakes that expire in Sept and the cheesecake expires in November. The nutrition bars are average, have the sugar alcohol aftertaste, but they're more tolerable than the shakes.
My tongue feels like it's been slightly chemically burned. I'd be happy to do an exchange for a different batch of I thought it made a difference,but since the cheesecake desserts are different than the shakes, this is most likely the standard and the replacement would taste as bad.
Buyer beware of the MyNeat Health protein replacement meals, desserts and nutrition bars.

I ordered with neat-nutrition back in October and unwittingly signed up for a subscription. When payment was taken in November, I sent a message to request the subscription is cancelled and a refund. I received the refund back quickly on this occasion (hence the 2 stars). However, further payment was taken from my account this month despite my requesting subscription cancellation. Again, I sent a message and instead this time received the goods (which I do not want). Now I have requested that my credit card provide block this vendor from taking any further payments from my account. A lot of hassle to try out some vitamins.

My order didn't arrive for 12 days, no one responded to my email, or DM, and the shipping was improperly calculated so its stuck in a DHL centre with 8 euros to pay.

The most annoying part is the lack of communication. Ive used your service before and had a great experience so not sure what the issue is here.

Used Hermes for delivery - I notified them to leave parcel at rear of house but they left it on the door step, in full view of passer byes!! They even took a photo of it to prove they didn’t follow instructions! I won’t b using the company again because of this

Flavour isn't too sweet which I like, doesn't taste of much but if you want some natural and organic that isn't too imposing and a strong hit of protein this is your product! Also, the drink shaker is great.

Probably our favourite powdered protein product. Love the no-nonsense ingredients and it is the best tasting as a result.

We have used both the whey and plant-based versions in various flavours; including in shakes, breakfast smoothies, creating delicious healthy snacks, cakes or desserts. It works across the board because it only contains what it needs and it's good, simple, healthy stuff.

Lovely taste and my son enjoys them to, being a competitive swimmer it’s important to get the right nutrients into his body instead of reaching for unhealthy choices.
Postal service was efficient too.

Product tastes great and was appropriately priced. I would have given 5 stars, HOWEVER. The product is marketed as "portable sachets". I purchased 12 and the complete package COULD NOT fit through my standard letterbox. So, I feel "postable" is potentially misleading.

Amazing customer service, I ordered the wrong thing and they were very generous in helping me sort it out.

Both the chocolate and vanilla mix well with just water, slightly powdery but smooth for a vegan protein.

I absolutely love this protein powder. The flavour is great and I use it on its own or as a base and add fruit such as berries or tropical fruit.

I love it! I took the subscription and receive my vanilla sachets every month.
