Great products and reasonable prices. The part is made for my bike and fits perfectly and was shipped without fuss in a matter of days. It would be great if there were colour choices.

The shipping was very expensive, especially when you add in the 100% tariff I had to pay to DHL before they would deliver. Shipping and tariff added up to a bit more than the actual item

Ordered two replacement Garmin inserts. Shippet quickly and good communication from Neat Components all the way.

I ordered a Seatpost Mount for Pinarello Dogma F, the material is ok but I tightened it as much as possible and it still moves on the saddle.
I suggest also to change de delivery company for Romania shipping because Posta Romana is the worst option you can find.

The product quality is very good — solid build, well finished, and works perfectly on a traditional seatpost.

However, the design choice is wrong for the Trek Madone Gen 8. Because of the frame’s integrated seatpost extension, there’s not enough space to mount both a saddle bag and a Garmin Varia light. A more suitable approach would have been to design the mount to attach directly to the frame extension, not the very short seatpost.

With a small redesign adapted to the Madone frame, this mount could easily become a great product.

Shopping experience was great and Product is exactly what I wanted. Fits my bike perfectly. As other reviewers have mentioned, there was a surprise US import tax that I didn’t account for (which upon reflection I should have expected). That definitely makes the total price quite high. But that is the price of buying things in the US now 😢

This is a scam. Bait and switch. Upon full payment through their website, you will get a notification that more fees are due from the shipping company. Tried to charge me an extra $28 to deliver the product. When I asked for a refund they offered 50% of the original cost. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

The mounting product is just alright. Same quality items available on Amazon at a much better price. Shipping was $25 and then hit with an additional surprise $20+ fee the day before delivery. Honestly not worth the money. Ended up costing roughly half the price of the Garmin radar taillight I use it for.

Great experience from beginning to end - very good website, easy to navigate, clear description of the products to ensure correct selection for your bike, then when order placed kept informed of status shipping etc. And the products themselves are just awesome - started out ordering light / radar mounts for my Dogma, was so impressed with the quality, ordered the same for my Colnago, and then ordered the race number mounts for both bikes. Great quality, great fit, great value !

Super disappointed.

Low grade hardware quality. Screw heads stripped out. Poorly made product. The screw holes did not line up with the nut. Giant waste of money.

I got the gopro mount numberplate holder. It's a nice product, but the quality control could be much better. I had to drill out all the holes to make the screws fit.

The part fits great and looks even better. Using the light mount for my Garmin Varia gives me a lot of piece of mind knowing it is securely fastened to my ride.

The order was filled quickly and the delivery to Canada was prompt. The 3 articles ordered are fitting perfectly on 3 different bikes. Overall, very good product and service.

An honest company that stands behind their products. I got a first generation tail light mount for my Winspace T1550. The mount developed a crack after about 6 months of training and Mathias and his team quickly replaced it for free after I showed them a photo. When the new mount arrived it was clear that they had done some additional design work to strengthen the unit. Loyal customer here that really appreciates the custom nature of their products. Highly recommend!
