After purchasing a cashmere polo neck jumper at The Great Yorkshire Show from The Nearly New Cashmere stall I was really pleased to hear about the shop & on line sales. During Lockdown I’ve purchased 4 others, 2 jumpers & 2 cardigans. I’ve been greatly impressed with the service & quality of the products, all beautifully wrapped & all have surpassed my expectations, for colour, fit & perfection. Delighted with my poncho.

Disappointing
On receipt of my most recent purchase the label stated the price as £40 but it was listed and charged at £42.
I found the jumper to be very thin and also label stated dry clean. It would be helpful to state the ‘ply’ or thickness of the garment also whether it is dry clean/or washable in the details on the web page. Quite disappointing as this is the second experience that I have had of this nature so it turns out to be quite a loss with regards to the postage paid to receive the goods and then to return them.

Everything we sell is machine washable, (which is state on our website and our labels. ) Our heavier knits and thicker ply jumpers all mention this in the description and are priced accordingly as are our lightweight knits. The item you ordered was a fine knit designer item which we feel was priced appropriately however we do have a no quibble returns policy so please do give us a call if you wish to return your item. 6 jumpers in just a few months...
I've bought 6 jumpers from Nearly New Cashmere Co and they're all absolutely lovely. It feels good to buy nearly new jumpers that would otherwise perhaps be binned but it's also so much more economical! I actually feel like I might have a cashmere addiction that was hitherto hidden as cashmere is generally so expensive!
