They listed a black Galaxy S24 Ultra in 'A' condition. So I placed the order. After 2 days I got an email saying they don't have it. So either I can get a refund or yellow (not black as I ordered) color is available. Just to avoid the hassle I said OK. So they delivered yellow. But I need it for business. They sent a free transparent basic plastic cover, but that doesn't solve my problem. So I had to buy a black cover which was an additional cost. The phone I received was in excellent condition. Looks like new and works just fine. Being from Japan, I think if they had just included a black or brown cover, I would have given them a 4 or even 5 star.

Although the watch was delivered, it took 10 days to reach. But its fine. The quality of the watch is good. But few feature are locked because the watch is from a company in korea

Placed an order for a Galaxy S24Ultra on 12/27 and received it on 12/30.

Genuine, brand new, perfectly functional. My biggest concern was whether or not it would connect to my mobile carrier: IIjmio Type D Giga Plan SIM (NTT Docomo). However, after manually setting up the APN (there is a video guide on the NCMobile.jp website) and using SmartSwitch to transfer all data from my old Android device to the new phone, everything worked perfectly! - and it still is.

Plus, they were kind enough to include some freebies: a USB cable (type-c -> USB), a clear phone case and screen protector, and a key holder.

I have placed 3 orders from NCMobile.jp and am happy with every single one of them.
