What a great store. My mum bought her sofa today with Josh helping her, who showed her what she specifically asked for then giving her the space to make a decision. After she chose the one she like and paid for, delivery in around 6 weeks which is great. I asked about a sofa I’d like and recommended a few but then took me to an all singing all dancing adjustable recliner sofa which was high tech and very suitable. I now have to work on my husband 🤪

Ordered an 2 seater Osaka sofa from Sue in the Swansea store recently.
Happy to say in came in time for the start of the football and it is amazing .
Great service in store .
And delivery was on time .

Bought a brand new sofa from John at the Llansamlet store, who was very polite, helpful and not pushy at any point. Easiest shopping experience I've had in a long time, very happy with the service.

Went to NCF Swansea store to look for a bed, I bought one after Sue had shown me around all the different types they had available, when I got home and found out I had miss measured the bed I then contacted Sue at the Swansea store, she sorted everything out for me by cancelling the order, very good experience and customer feedback from Sue.

Josh mainly. Brilliant salesman. Very helpful but not pushy.Spent time listening to what we were looking for. The store was well laid out in sections,with space to walk around. We would certainly recommend it to friends. It was the fourth store we had visited that day. And certainly the best. Selma Phillips.

Went in a few days ago to look for a bed frame and ended up coming out having ordered a bed frame, mattress and a huge new corner settee. Sue from Swansea store was absolutely fantastic the whole time, wasn’t pushy at all, listened to what we were after. Gave a lot of info and advice on mattresses to help with back issues and got one for so much cheaper than we’d seen elsewhere. Sue’s IPad was playing up and kept crashing which made the ordering very difficult and frustrating all round but Sue was very professional and worked hard to make sure we could leave having sorted our order despite the technical difficulties. Sue and staff were very kind to our young son and to us and we’re very excited for our order to arrive.

Very helpful and informative. Went above and beyond to personalise the package deal.
