My husband & I walked into the Preston…
My husband & I walked into the Preston store on Sunday & was greeted with a lovely greeting from Becky, she was professional & welcoming there was no pressure to buy we knew what we wanted we were looking for 2 extra chairs we had looked at various furniture stores but comfort & price wise NCF couldn’t be matched.
The waiting time is longer than expected but looking forward to receiving the chairs we picked in a lovely green colour

Sofa shopping
We visited the store on Saturday morning. We were greeted by Liam who offered advice then left us to look around the store. We were not followed or "pestered" by anyone which we were happy about. When we did need to ask about a chosen sofa Liam was there to help. We have been looking for a new sofa for some time now and found exactly what we needed in store.

Sofa and Dining table
The range of sofa and dining tables were amazing, all different designs and styles.
We finally found our perfect set, especially with help from the store worker TK, who went above and beyond to explain and measure every sofa for us so we found the perfect one.
