He forewarned the sofa would be discontinued. I returned a week later after reviewing his ideas and ordered the sofa.he spent time and effort which was really appreciated. Thanks Liam

How interesting that I was pressured to leave a 5* review before leaving the store when I purchased, only to be let down when the delivery actually took place. We were sold our sofa by Leann who has denied ever telling us we could order synthetic cushion stuffing instead of feather, which she absolutely did do. Delivery drivers dumped the units and left without assembling and underside of one was damaged. Some of this has been rectified by customer services but I wouldn't recommend buying from a place where they get your order wrong and then lie about it. Very disappointing

Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. If I could give zero stars I would
Our sofa was delivered damaged and defective on 2nd May and the issues were reported immediately the very same day. Despite raising the faults straight away and providing all requested photographs multiple times, we have spent almost a month chasing NCF Living for a resolution while being left with a sofa that we cannot properly use.
The sofa arrived with bent connecting brackets/clips, a missing lead, and even a smashed drinks holder. The condition the sofa arrived in was completely unacceptable, especially considering the amount paid. The missing lead and damaged brackets meant the sofa could not even be assembled and used properly from delivery.
Despite repeatedly supplying evidence, we were constantly asked to resend photos and information that had already been provided, causing unnecessary delays and frustration throughout the entire process.
To make matters worse, after weeks of chasing, an engineer appointment was finally arranged. I took a full day off work to be home for the inspection, only for nobody to arrive. When I contacted the inspection company directly, I was told the engineer had been sent to the wrong address and would not be returning that day. No apology, no solution, nothing.
The level of incompetence, poor communication and complete lack of accountability has honestly been unbelievable. We also paid extra for an extended warranty, which now feels completely pointless given how badly this situation has been handled.
At this stage I no longer even want the sofa repaired because I have absolutely no confidence in either the quality of the product or the customer service provided by NCF Living.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I have now escalated the matter further and raised a formal complaint with the ombudsman.
Avoid this company unless you want to spend weeks chasing basic customer service while stuck with faulty furniture.
