Brilliant customer service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE
Went in the Derby store on the 16th of May to purchase a complete bed frame along with mattress and payment was made in cash outrightly.Fast forward to when delivery was scheduled to be made and we got an email from the delivery company saying they would be delivering on the Sunday that week.We then swiftly cleared out the bedroom and discarded of old bed frame and mattress on the Sunday morning only to receive another email about an hour before scheduled delivery that it would not be taking place anymore due to one or more items being defective.This was shocking and really distressing for us.I was at the Meteor centre store thrice within the same week trying to sort this but each time was told I would get a call from Birmingham and that they didn’t have any information on the system regarding the goods..shocking right.I then contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and get a refund.I called the customer care on 10/6/26 and spoke with a Karen who said she would find out what’s going on and call back but no call came in from her.Called again this morning and shockingly spoke with the biggest T*AT in form a lady.She was so rude on the phone and would not allow me talk telling me I could go to hell when I tried reiterating I wanted my refund back and nothing more.She kept on ranting and ended up hanging up the phone.Such an employee should never have a job with the company and I am shocked she could talk to a customer like that sounding like a common drug dealer on the streets.If my refund ain’t processed and returned to my account soon,I will go the legal route on this and seek compensation as well for the stress and humiliation I have been made to go through.I have the call recording of the lady I spoke to today and with that kind recording she should be sacked without consideration.Bunch of cowboys!

Avoid Avoid Avoid..the man running at…

Avoid Avoid Avoid..the man running at you with a tablet saying its the last one we have and we can have it with you within a week. All lies One of the worst companies for customer service, and god help you if you have a problem, Once they have your money they've done their job. £700 of my hard earned money down the drain..... Wasted on a faulty mattress

Absolutely disgusted with the delivery…

Absolutely disgusted with the delivery service from ncf living. We will never purchase anything from there again, and recommend others don’t bother if they value their home.
We are as far away from satisfied as it’s possible to be. It’s left a really bad taste in our mouths. What was supposed to be a good day celebrating new furniture, turned into a depressing experience. The two delivery men couldn’t care less about the products or the customer’s homes. We cannot in good faith recommend this store. Never buy from ncf living unless you want your home damaged by delivery men who couldn’t care less.

Very disappointed

We purchased two sofas and a love chair which cost £3500. The service was excellent until the sofas were delivered and we found issues. The four and two seaters creaked really bad when anybody sat on them and there was an indentation in the foam/fabric of the four seater. I raised this straight away via email as customers cannot contact the stores directly. To cut the story short, it took seven weeks, multiple emails and two visitors to the store before we finally got a technician to our house. It takes customer services around one week to even respond to an email, meaning we had to travel fifteen miles back to the store, twice to escalate the issues. The technician had a go at steaming out the indent, which hasn’t worked. The legs were tightened on the sofas . They still creak but the technician pretty much said it is what it is without sending them back for factory rework. It’s been four weeks since the visit. No follow up from NCF and we still have fault products. Seriously wishing that we’d have gone to a proper sofa shop and spent our money at a more reputable company with better customer service.
