Very disappointed with the quality of the shoes and the way the seller handles the complaint
Very disappointed with the quality of my New Balance shoes. I paid over 500 PLN for them, expecting good quality from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, after only around two months of normal use, the material inside the back of the shoes started to wear and break apart.
For shoes at this price, I expected them to last much longer. I have owned shoes from other brands that lasted far better.
I’m disappointed with this purchase and the quality I received from New Balance. I hope the company takes this kind of issue seriously and improves the durability of its products.
