Easy to order

Easy to order, fast delivery also absolutely love the dress iv received lovely texture true to size overall 5 star experience and will be ordering again

THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU

Contacted twice with enquiries and received fast responses. Returned my order (2x dresses) 7 weeks ago at extra cost to myself using tracked deliver so I know the dresses were received. I have emailed 5 times and been ignored, I have also chased on Facebook and Instagram. I have had to file a case with PayPal. Still no sign of a refund. If you are likely to need to return or don’t want to kiss money away then do not use! I’m now down £210 which I really can’t afford.

No refund despite it being weeks

I returned a dress at the beginning of December and still not had a refund. I have chased several times and I am just being ignored. Be careful when considering ordering from this company as looking at the reviews I’m not the first customer to experience it. I will not be ordering again

I recently ordered two dresses

I recently ordered two dresses, one was lovely so I kept it, the other had a fault with the stitching along the zip, when I tried it on the stitching just came apart! I sent this dress back as being faulty, (at my expense) I then received quite an abrupt email from Nazz saying this dress wasn’t sent to you “in this state”and no refund would be issued! They suggested to get it professionally sewn! The dress has now been returned to me despite me disputing the fact that the stitching was faulty! I won’t be wearing it as I don’t trust the stitching to stay intact!! However the other dress was lovely which I would give a 5* review for, so mixed feelings about my experience!

Scam scam scam - they’re keeping my dress and my money

Scam scam scam. Please order at your own risk! The bad reviews are absolutely true.

I returned a £89 dress with the security rope still in place. The zipper on the dress was poor quality, and the tag even got caught in it. I made them aware of this on the day I received the dress, sent them pictures and let them know I would be returning it. Up till now, they are still refusing to refund me!! They are claiming the dress has been worn…… I tried the dress on for a few minutes, and the security rope is still in tact. At first they claimed they would send the dress back, but now they’re not even doing this. They’re keeping both the dress and my hard-earned money!!

The customer service is appalling. I have been going back and forth with them for WEEKS now, with no success! They continue to ignore my emails and lie to me. I am absolutely going to take this further. This is the worst customer service I have received… and the company needs to go out of business, because these reviews just say it all. They will steal your money. Only buy if you’re absolutely sure you’re not going to make a return.

Faulty dress

The dress was beautiful but faulty. The feathers at the bottom were stitched into the hem of the dress at the back so did not hang down. It had to be sent back at my cost.

Awful communication have received my…

Awful communication have received my refund as it has been signed for and not responded to me for over 3 weeks about returning £120 back! Can’t get through when you call on the phone.

No refund and no item!

I have been chasing for a response to my emails for over a month. I ordered five dresses, I kept two and returned three. They claim they cannot refund my money for one of the returned items due to a makeup stain and it smelling of fabric conditioner. This is a total lie. The dress was only tried on once, with no makeup on and the labels are all still intact. I responded and have had no reply, they currently have the dress and my money! A real shame as I was happy with my experience until this.

Hello - sorry for the delay in our response.

We have a no tolerance policy for accepting returns for items that appear damaged or worn which is why we advise customers to keep the tag on as a guarantee of proof you haven't worn it. This dress however did have the security rope on which confirms you haven't worn it, the dress has already been refunded however can take 7-10 days to appear in your bank account.

Really lovely dress, seems like good quality material and well made. Nice stretchy material, clingy but thick enough it's not unflattering. Good value for money.
