Hi I ordered dress in December and I return in but I dnt get my refund back try to call several times. No one answered. And no reply for email aswell…I keep emailing everyday..,£100 refund,,,I have never seen a site like this before .,. Nazzcollection …please never order on this website..thanks

The dress is not worth the price, the fabric is so cheap, the finishings of the dress really appear unprofessionally made. I bought a size 14, the sleeves were so small and normally I wear a size 12 with tops and they fit perfectly but a 14 couldn't fit my arms with the sleeves. This was the worst purchase I have ever
made in my life. I can't return the dress because I took the labels off. I hated myself because I don't normally buy dresses from such websites. It really feels like it's a scam from what you see on the website and what you recieved. The finishings of the dress are so unprofessionally made. I hate this dress I can't even hang it in my wardrobe. Don't advise anyone to ever purchase from them. Worst decision I have ever made

Ordered one day got next day , i bought a beautiful black sequins jumpsuit fot £89 i could not believe the weight and quality of garment for the price my daughter loved it but was too big i ordered a 10 and i know she is an 8 but because it was on the lower price point I thought it wouldn’t be true to size but it is so iv ordered the 8 now so her sister might pinch the. 10 if it fits her

Didn’t refund me the full cost and deducted a delivery fee when I bought the dress with free delivery. Dress quality wasn’t great either.

Ordered a dress and never received it. According to the tracking info, the mail carrier never received it either. Contacted the company, and they have yet to respond and this occurred on 12/18 and it is now 1/8. HORRIBLE!

Love the style and fit but it is faulty and I haven't yet heard back from customer service about replacing it. Its only been a few days but worried that I won't hear back before the deadline to return. Will change this review and rating if customer service

Update. Item replaced within the week so good customer service. A bit od sequin shedding but apparently this is normal. Happy with product

Bought an amazing rose gold jumpsuit and wore it for my 40th bday party. I absolutely loved it and so many commented where it was from. Ok defo buy from your website again

Super fast service, lovely dress

The quality of products are fantastic, delivery came on time in fact earlier than expected and was really impressed with the dresses I chose. Unfortunately no fault of the company, they were a little big on me but that is an issue I have with most branding. Definitely will order again and maybe choose a different fabric/type of dress that may be more fitted and suited to me.
