Serious issues while operating on a…

Serious issues while operating on a 20-30° slope. Spinning tires does not make for a pretty yard. I will follow up with your support team as this is a major issue for me but should be able to resolved with some tweaks.

The app is not great

The app is not great. Needs work. Setup is not out of the box easy for creating maps if you have a complex yard. Had to use reddit to find work around for a few issues and I have not tested them as of yet. I am tech savvy, but this is not intuitive.

I recently purchased the blades from…

I recently purchased the blades from the Navimow website to replace for the first time. I was surprised to get the notice indicating it was time they should be replaced. Went to the website to order and they were delivered timely, I received notifications during the process of when they were expected to arrive. Very easy to replace.

Fast set up

Fast set up, fast shipping, had the mower setup and mowing within an hour. This is my second Navimow, and it is amazing!

I215 Lidar mower is fairly nice and…

I215 Lidar mower is fairly nice and seems to do a good job mowing. The app for the phone is easy to navigate through to use the features of the mower.
The one aspect of the mower which is a bit wonky is its ability to track and follow lawn edges. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, it rides up on the brick edging we have or drops into the flower gardens by several inches.
That aside, we seem to like it.

Pretty damn impressive

Pretty damn impressive! I was so worried when I purchased this mower. I've been waiting for the right time when I thought the technology was ready and I was pleasantly surprised with how well this machine works. It works great!

Rocky start but great mower

My original mower never worked and it took weeks to resolve, but I’m happy with the end result. The support team stayed engaged, and I now have a mower I’m super excited about. It works like a charm and is exactly the automated system I hoped it would be!

Easy setup

Easy setup. Accurate mapping. Good app.It has been running for 2 weeks now. It takes steep hills and a complicated map without issue. So far, it is working well. Hopeful, durability, reliability, and longevity will be just as impressive.

Large Yard - does great

I mow about 0.8 acres. My zoysia lawn is hilly and isn’t level. So far, the mower has done great. I set the lawn up in 5 zones due to gardens, trees, and wet spots. It hasn’t skipped any areas and it cuts the grass great.

I set up a temporary charge base station and antenna. Now, I know it gets good satellite reception everywhere despite buildings with metal roofs and tall pines, I need to do a permanent installation.
