Overall a really good experience

Overall a really good experience. A few things kept me from a 5-star.
The good:
Driver was really responsive and communicated well via text as we tried to find a suitable pickup location.

Overall, Navi found a driver quickly and saved me money vs another company that seemed to raise their price inexplicably as we got closer.

Delivery time was surprisingly fast: I was having a car sent cross country and the two-brother driving team did in 3 days.

Actual drop off was quick and efficient.

The not-so good.
The "live tracking" I paid for (small add-on) really didn't work. Maybe they didn't turn it correctly. Our car had an apple airtag on the keyfob and I was able to track the progress that way.

Original pickup time was late. Drivers underestimated the time it would take to drop off the last few cars from the previous trip. Not horrible.

At the end of the day, I'd highly recommend Navi.

I cancelled my interaction with them…

I cancelled my interaction with them due to the bait and switch game they play. I had set up a pickup for a delivery of my vehicle. A few days later they called stating there was an issue the driver truck due to the malfunction of the tracking system (I get). They keep calling locking to see if I wanted to book with them meanwhile a contract was already signed (Poor and Unexceptional Communication). Few days later they stated they had another truck to take the vehicle but it would cost more money (Unacceptable and there is the Bait and Switch). I requested to speak with a supervisor which never happened. The C/S people give you the runaround staying the a Supervisor would call but never happens. I finally agreed to the additional amount (Shame on me). Few days later I get another call stating the truck had a problem (Second Truck). At that point I canceled the job. I once again requested to speak with a supervisor which once again never received a call. The C/S representative statyi need to email them requesting at refund (why would I have to request it in a email if I’m already on a taped line). Once again bad C/S and Company. They issued a refund a few days later. Once the refund was issued, I still received calls looking to see if I wanted to book with them. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. POOR C/S and BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION.

⭐ 1‑Star Review for Navi Auto Transport…

⭐ 1‑Star Review for Navi Auto Transport & Front Line Transport
Order #251190628 — CA → FL (Delivered Aug 12)
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Navi Auto Transport and their assigned carrier, Front Line Transport, was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others.
I paid in full, including extra money for their “24/7 live GPS tracking.” My vehicle arrived on the estimated date and in good condition — but everything else about this process was a failure.
GPS Tracking Failure — No Visibility for 4 Days
Four days before delivery, Navi’s tracking system suddenly froze, showing my car stuck in New Mexico. Meanwhile, the carrier’s own tracking showed the truck halfway through Texas. I called Navi customer service on 8/8, and they had no explanation and no ability to validate the actual location of my vehicle.
They tried calling the carrier — no response. I tried calling the carrier — no response. I even called the truck driver directly — no response.
I called Navi again the next day because no one bothered to call me back. Same answer: “We don’t know.” I asked why I was paying for a GPS system that didn’t work. Again: “We don’t know.”
For four days, I had zero tracking, zero updates, and zero reassurance that anyone knew where my car actually was. Navi claimed they would “contact IT,” but nothing changed and no one followed up.
Delivery Day Disaster
The delivery was supposed to be at my sister’s home in Florida — the exact address was provided and confirmed.
Instead, the truck driver called her when he was about 40 minutes away and said he refused to deliver to the address. He demanded she meet him somewhere 40 minutes away. She explained she couldn’t drive two cars home alone. His response: “If you want the car, come get it. Otherwise I’ll just drop it and leave it.”
He then called again and offered a location 25 minutes away and said he would “call an Uber” for her. Again she said no. Then he suggested a random side road off the freeway — completely unsafe. Again she said no.
Only when he was 5 minutes out did he finally agree to a shopping center nearby. She had to get a ride there just to avoid further confrontation.
Navi Auto Transport Was No Help
Throughout this entire ordeal, Navi provided no support, no escalation, no explanation, and no accountability. Their customer service repeated the same script every day: “We don’t know.” “We have no new information.”
For a company that advertises transparency, communication, and “24/7 live tracking,” this experience was the exact opposite.
Bottom Line
My car arrived, but the service was unreliable, unprofessional, and stressful from start to finish. I paid for features that didn’t work, received no communication, and dealt with a carrier who tried multiple times to force an unsafe pickup location.
I would not use Navi Auto Transport again, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would

I made an account just to write a review about how horrible my experience with Navi has been. My shipment window opened up on 24 Jul with full payment made on 20 Jul because I was shipping from Hawaii to CONUS. Today is 17 Aug and my car is sitting in my friend's driveway in Hawaii.

Every time I requested an update on being assigned a carrier I was either ignored, given the run around or flat out lied to. My favorite examples of false information/lies include that they said I gave them the incorrect VIN and accused me of blocking their number. When I asked what dates they tried calling me so I could look in my call logs I was told, "multiple times," instead of actual days and times...

After threatening to cancel THREE WEEKS LATER they tell me that my vehicle needs to be dropped off at the port in Honolulu. To be clear, dropping off my vehicle at the port is not the issue. The issue is that Navi never communicated ANYTHING even though I texted and called multiple times trying to figure out what was going on! I am now off the island, they have almost $3,000 of my money and now I have to get a POA for one of my friends to drop off my car for me-- with another company. DO NOT USE NAVI

I have sent an email to cancel my contract with them effective today, 17 Aug, and will update with how long it takes to get my money back.

Update: my refund was processed on 24 Aug and returned in a standard amount of time to my account. However, they charged me $199 citing prior correspondence that never happened. I will forever tell my experience to any military member I know that’s moving. I hope my $199 was worth it. I’m too tired to fight with their call center operators anymore.

Awful company

Awful company. Do not use. Scheduled a car for transport and paid an expedited fee for pick up 2 days after booking. Driver called an postponed the pickup time 3 times. Called Navi for at least a partial refund on the extra fee and was hung up on, twice. Never answered an email or returned a phone call. Had to cancel with the driver direct. Terrible company.

I would not recommend NAVI…

I would not recommend NAVI Transportation.

The delays were frustrating, but what made this experience truly unacceptable was the way NAVI and its contracted carrier handled those delays. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up July 31 and ultimately was not picked up until August 2. The delivery was also repeatedly pushed back, and I was given conflicting information about when my vehicle would actually arrive, continually being told it would be in Illinois that day or the next when I could see the car was in New Mexico.

The biggest issue was not simply that the dates changed. I understand that transportation schedules can be estimates. The problem was that I was repeatedly told the vehicle would arrive the following day, only to find out that it would not. Had they simply been honest about the delays and provided a realistic timeline, I could have planned accordingly and avoided additional rental expenses and significant disruption to my family.

The lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I repeatedly had to call NAVI and their carrier just to get basic information about where my vehicle was and when I could expect it.

The delivery itself created another unnecessary problem. I was not informed in advance about the driver's payment requirements. I knew I could use Zelle, Cash App, and possible Venmo, but my driver only took Zelle. When Zelle would not allow me to transfer the full balance, I was left trying to figure out how to pay on a Saturday evening. Cash and a cashier's check were not realistically available at 7pm on a Saturay night, and the alternative payment method suggested by the company was not accepted by the driver. What should have been a simple delivery turned into an approximately 90-minute ordeal.

What was most disappointing, however, was NAVI's response when I raised these concerns. Rather than showing empathy or taking any meaningful responsibility for the communication failures, they hid behind their waiver and essentially said that because delivery dates are estimates, they were not responsible for the consequences of how they handled the delays.

I wasn't asking them to guarantee a delivery date. I was asking them to acknowledge that repeatedly providing inaccurate timelines and failing to communicate with a customer is poor customer service.

Even after everything that happened, I requested only a $204 partial refund as a reasonable gesture toward the problems we experienced. NAVI initially refused.

Companies cannot reasonably expect customers to accept poor communication, inaccurate information, and a lack of accountability simply because the fine print allows for delivery delays.

The delays were frustrating. The complete lack of empathy and willingness to take responsibility was far worse.

If you're considering NAVI, be prepared for the possibility that if something goes wrong, you may be left to deal with the consequences while the company points to its waiver rather than taking responsibility for the customer service experience.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT use this company for your automotive transport needs. My husband cancelled transport service as our needs had changed for vehicle transport and we received an email confirming the cancellation. They continue to post the vehicle on the shipping boards and we have received numerous phone calls and emails to inform us they have a driver to pick up the vehicle. Based on the shipping board information a driver has not been assigned as the transport request was cancelled and Navi Auto Transport is presenting false information. This is a very underhanded dirty way to conduct business, which not only affects their business but the auto transport industry as a whole

After an engine light and wrench…

After an engine light and wrench indicated a van problem, we had the vehicle towed to a Ford dealer in upstate NY for an analysis and replacement of a signal switch. The dealer indicated we needed to replace the engine. Others warned us about this dealer overselling their services, several others as in Don’t Go to Browns Ford. We decided to get it out of there so we had a local company toe to our hotel as we worked on how to get it back to NJ. Navi was one of the numbers provided. Since we only had hotel reservations for one more night we wanted to get it off the property for the trip home. Navi gave us that option of next day pickup which we needed. During this intense coordination of services, Navi did a great job, secured a carrier for the next day, providing all information via email, and remained reachable via the text message. A bit anxious I contacted the carrier shortly after 8am pickup day, spoke with him for an ETA as our checkout time was 11am. I needed to know if I needed to occupy the family until later in the day as we wanted to stay with the vehicle until it was moved. He told us 11-12. Having never been in this kind of situation before a little after 10am I texted the carrier asking for an approximate arrival time. A little while later he responded “10:50am”. A sense of relief came over me. I updated the hotel, went ahead and checked out, got outside and the driver pulled in. Sergio, the driver, was fantastic - reassuring, personable, polite, caring. For a crappy situation, we could not have been happier connecting with Navi Victoria and Austin) and with VTA Cargo LLC (our lifesaver, Sergio). He got our Transit van placed safely in our driveway by 3:30pm, same day of pickup. Ever so thankful for the good people in this world.

Navi auto transport is probably one of…

Navi auto transport is probably one of the worst brokers I have ever dealt with in 18 years of dealing with transportation. They dropped the ball several times concerning the movement of my vehicle. They told me they would notify me at least two hours prior to the driver showing up to pick up the vehicle and not a single phone call was administered to notify me.

Navi give me the option of paying the cost of transporting the vehicle upfront, and when the operator showed up to pick up the vehicle, he asked me for cash on delivery, which was not part of the contract and come to find out, Navi only took their portion of the payment and did not even inform me about the cash to finish the transportation contract.

Both the operator and myself were very upset with the company over this action.

Multiple times I called back to get an answer and I kept getting the same runaround over and over again.

I was hung up on at least three times and most of the time I had a very hard time understanding what the representative was trying to say to me because the individual had such a heavy Indian accent.

Do not ever use this company to transport your vehicle, go to a different company and save yourself the headache and the trouble.

I wound up not shipping my vehicle because of the severe incompetence of Navi
