If you have any trouble with your order, don't expect any support from Naturitas. I have ordered with them before and everything was good. This time my order was damaged and after two weeks and several E-Mails I still don't get any reaction.
I will not order again.

ordered x4 different herbs 135g total for a wonderful reasonable price

made the mistake before of buying locally, never again! paid triple the price for 50g of one herb alone

naturitas will be my go to for purchasing herb in the future!

Review of Naturitas

I used to be satisfied with shopping at Naturitas, but my recent experience has left me very disappointed.

I placed an order well in advance, and the expected delivery date has already passed. I received no communication about any delay or issue with my order. If I hadn’t contacted the company myself, I would still be waiting without knowing that one of the products I paid for was actually out of stock.

Even more frustrating is that the product is still listed as available for purchase on the website, which is very misleading.

The responses I received feel like they were written by a machine, not a real person. There is a complete lack of empathy, responsibility, and proper customer service.

This is not the kind of experience I expect from a professional company. I feel like I’ve wasted my time and lost trust in the brand. I truly hope Naturitas improves both their communication and the accuracy of the information shown on their site.

I ordered enzymes and paid in advance, but the product was never delivered. After contacting them multiple times, I only received generic responses without any resolution – they neither sent the product nor refunded my money.

Their customer service does not take responsibility, and I feel scammed.
It’s clear they do not respect basic consumer rights or value their customers.

This was a very bad experience, and I strongly warn others to think twice before ordering from this website.

I had a terrible experience with Naturitas and their customer service. I purchased four bottles of **Phyto capsules** worth **$130**, only to receive **three faulty bottles** with **discolored and discharged** capsules. When I contacted customer service, they gave me the most unprofessional and ridiculous response, claiming that this issue was **"due to the high percentage of ingredients of natural origin in the product."**

This is completely unacceptable! A professional company should have a **proper lab to measure and ensure quality control**, not just randomly fill bottles with "high percentages" of ingredients. This clearly shows they **don’t care about their customers' health or safety**—only about taking their money.

To make matters worse, I later found out that the **same issue happened to my friend**, though he was lucky and only had **one faulty bottle**. Clearly, this is an ongoing problem, and Naturitas refuses to take responsibility.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to waste your money on defective products and get nonsense excuses instead of real customer support!

Product never arrived . Zero response from customer service - avoid

My order was delivered successfully and I am very happy. The name of the website says ie at the end which may make you think it’s Irish website and delivery is from Ireland. But it isn’t it took around 10 day for delivery to come as it shipped from Spain i suppose. I even thought they are scammers but not. The only thing is give it a bit longer time to be delivered. Happy with products.

BEWARE SCAM SITE…I never received my order and neither will you 🙄

I placed an order on Naturitas and didn’t receive my items for a month. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I only receive automated replies with no real resolution. There is no way to get a refund, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.

This company operates like a scam, and I strongly urge others to avoid shopping here. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere with more reliable and trustworthy services.

I stupidly gave this company a last chance. For the fourth consecutive time there is issues.
This time.
Over 3/4 of a large order missing.
Out of date item in the small order I did receive several weeks ago.
No reply whatsoever except an automated reply to two submitted tickets for assistance.

I used to recommend this site to clients, I have spent many hundreds of euros. I don't know what has changed in 2023 but there must be significant issues within the company logistics for 4 consecutive orders to have missing/ broken/ out of date items.

Please reply to my email and authorise my refund.

I cannot at all recommend this company and before I could. To order again would be downright daft on my part.

Deeply disappointed.

Order placed 28th Oct. No resolution in sight 20th Nov

They are selling expiring products with the expiring date erased. Also they give you a dose of the suplement you didn´t oreder and the laviling is incongruent. It has different dose printed in different parts of the bottle

This is my email to Naturitas below. One of many emails/forms I've sent requesting my goods. Almost 7 (!!!) WEEKS later my goods worth €78(!)(not including shipping costs) have STILL NOT ARRIVED. This is daylight robbery. I've submitted multiple forms - no response to my most recent. This is surely illegal ? Very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

EMAIL TO NATURITAS:

I've sent 2 online "delivery management" forms (the text of which is below) via your website to you as follows one on July 17th and again another on July 31st. I've had no reply to the last form submitted. I have been very patient. I want my refund of €78 (not including shipping costs) I will write a very negative review of your service online and make a complaint if I don't hear from you urgently. This is unacceptable and amounts to stealing from your customer who made this purchase in good faith which is illegal and in breach of my statutory rights as a customer.

My order did not arrive, tried contacting customer service several times, all I got back that they are busy and that they will get back to me, I'm still waiting, yet they had time to write the email that they are busy
Really bad customer service, letting the company down, I bought things before but this bad experience has really put me off shopping here

I live in Ireland so my experience might be different from others (who may be ordering from abroad), but I had a great experience with the company. My products arrived mostly intact, but one bag of flour was torn, so I reached out to the company and the item was refunded in 3 days. Too bad about the item itself of course, but I really could not fault the company otherwise! I would recommend this, especially to anyone who is reading other reviews and feels skeptical! Only giving 4 stars because it would have been better to have all products arrive intact.

Took several days to get my order ready. I received a message saying my order was ready to go out two days ago and I still don't have tracking for an overnight shipment.

First time ordering, 13 items total, never again. Half of the items are dented and damaged, one completely broken, glass everywhere, mould inside so it was packed up already damaged. Outer box is perfect so items were not damaged in transit/ by courier. Several items are dusty, old stock.

Be wary of this company

My order did not arrive on time. The tracking link provided with the mail has had no update for a week. The courier has no record of the tracking number. There is no phone number to contact them, although if you search the web, you might find a Spanish number. When I emailed for an update the response was slow and simply told me what I already knew, that the order was delayed. Basically, the rest of the mail told me to shut up and wait another two weeks.
