The worst store I have ever shopped at

The worst store I have ever shopped at! First, I waited nearly a month for my package. I exchanged over 15 emails with customer service, only to receive conflicting information every single time. The store couldn't make up its mind: first, they claimed the parcel was stuck with the courier and they would handle it; then, they told me I had to resolve the issue with the courier myself.

When the package finally arrived, it was completely damaged. However, I can't even return it because EccoVerde initiated a return on my profile themselves, which prevents me from generating a return label. I've been shopping online for years at various stores, but I have never wasted this much time or energy on a single order. I strongly advise against shopping here!

I’m glad I found this company that…

I’m glad I found this company that stocks I+M Berlin products. The items I ordered were carefully packaged and no plastics were used, but what I was mostly impressed with was their customer service as they were attentive throughout the delivery process. Thank you!

Good service and products

I've been a customer of Ecco Verde for years and I have always been satisfied with my purchases. I've experienced with other webshops where they packed the wrong products etc. but it has never happened with Ecco Verde. And if it happened that I received a product that has been leaking, I got a new replacement. So in general, I'm happy with their service as well :-).

Never Again!!!!

I placed an order for Hairdye back in November at a Cost of €25€..never Received it.
I emailed to say and I got 2 forms to sign online..3rd time round got another form same on Previous but wanted me to print it off sign it and post it back to them!!!!!!! Imagine that!
The Dye us worth 15€..rest of cost for me waS posting.

Misleading Ingredient List

I ordered an eyeshadow from Ecco Verde after carefully checking the ingredient list on their website. It was advertised as talc-free, which was the main reason I chose it.

When the product arrived, the ingredient list on the packaging was completely different and did include talc along with other ingredients that were not mentioned online. This feels very misleading, and it’s frustrating as a customer to receive something different than what was advertised.

I have contacted their customer service and hope they will update the incorrect information, as this can affect people with allergies or specific ingredient concerns.

Extremely Disappointed – Unhelpful Customer Service

I have always loved Eccoverde and enjoyed ordering their products, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. My recent order arrived leaking, damaged, and with two items missing, yet customer service has been completely unhelpful.

Customer service have repeatedly given circular responses, failed to acknowledge the problems, and offered no apology. It feels as if I am being treated as the problem, rather than a loyal customer whose order was mishandled.

I am very disappointed that a company I trusted so much has let me down in this way. I hope Eccoverde improves their customer service and handling of issues, because this experience has shaken my confidence in them.

bad experience

I haven’t received my facial oil yet, so I can’t comment on the product itself. My package has arrived in the USA and is scheduled for delivery today. However, DHL is demanding an $86.32 customs duty fee. I understand that I’m responsible for import duties and taxes, but a ~63% charge on a $135.90 product is completely unreasonable.
I will pay the fee under protest so the package can be released, but I intend to file formal disputes with both DHL and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to recover the overcharged amount.
Ecco Verde responded to my email quickly, but unfortunately they said they cannot help with customs charges. This was my first order from ecco-verde.com, and due to this experience, it will also be my last. I will not order from them again.

More information: When the package cleared US customs, DHL charged me an extra $86.32, broken down as:
- $1.34 regulatory charge
- $67.98 “import/export duties”
- $17.00 processing fee

That $67.98 duty feels completely off. This is a straightforward cosmetic facial oil (US tariff code 3304.99.5000). I paid DHL under protest so I could get the package. I emailed DHL, Unfortunately DHL still hasn’t replied to me even though they promised an answer within one working day.

I totally understand that you ship DDU and that duties are the customer’s responsibility, but paying an extra 52% on top of everything because of what looks like a misclassification just left a really sour taste.
