Found naturcontact via social media. Happy to say that the shoes are of a lovely quality and really comfortable 😁 I ordered the wrong size initially but an exchange was straightforward and free of charge. Will definitely be using the site again

Great running shoe insoles, particularly for flat, zero drop barefoot shoes. Insoles don’t take much space but still relatively protective and very comfortable. A great slim layer to slightly improve fit and comfort if the shoes are too thin and you need a little extra thickness.

These shoes are very comfortable for all day wear. The foot shape means toes are not restricted and there is no rubbing. I have had many compliments and one friend has now purchased a pair.

I purchased the Intemperia 2.0® Winter Barefoot Boots (Order #43864) in mid-February. While I liked the design initially, the quality is shockingly poor. After only a few months of standard use, both soles have developed huge, gaping holes, making them completely unusable in winter conditions.

Naturcontact claims to have a 12-month quality guarantee, but they are not honoring it. I emailed their support team with photos of the damage, and despite their automated system promising a response within 24-48 hours, it has been significantly longer with total radio silence.

It is deeply disappointing to pay for "winter" gear that doesn't even last one season. If you are looking for durable barefoot shoes and reliable customer service, look elsewhere. I am still waiting for a refund for this fundamentally defective product.

Naturcontact responded by blaming my 'walking gait' for the holes in the soles and tried to charge me an extra £25 'warranty fee' to replace their defective shoes. I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this company if you value your money and consumer rights.

Very comfortable shoes. Insanely long laces! To prevent tripping I had to buy a new set! Anyway I am enjoying wearing them.

Great shoes very pleased

I have extremely wide feet,so was somewhat apprehensive when ordering these shoes and went up a size. I really like the look of them and they are so comfortable to walk in. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that I've had to remove the insoles to achieve the depth I needed, plus I've only had them a couple of weeks, so unsure about how long they'll last. The shoes are not refundable, only exchangeable.

Great communication and help when I accidentally ordered the wrong size... Happy with my sandals now.
Docked a star as it's expensive to try out shoes when you have to pay postage both ways... I did get complimentary postage back this time but only as it was an exchange and the first time I'd done it

Received these boots, but they did not fit properly.
I went online to effect a return, but I am still waiting. Most companies, have a clear returns policy, this company charges for the pleasure of choosing whether or not they will accept your return. Not happy.
Your response lacks care and empathy - I would NEVER shop with you again!

Liked the shoes very much but were a half size to small. Returning and exchanging was no problem.

Slight delay on delivery of the honeycomb inserts but the prompt delivery & quality of the shoes more than made up for it. We have 6 pairs to date & very happy with these shoes

Shoes delivered in a timely fashion. Shoes are a great fit and look good. Post delivery I had a query which was emailed to them. They responded very quickly and my query was resolved

Walking boots that were purchased in September 2025, came apart after 6 and a half months of standard wear. The company's response was "Unfortunately, after seven months of use, we are unable to determine how the shoes have been worn, maintained, or cared for during this period. Factors such as usage conditions, cleaning methods, and frequency of wear can significantly affect the lifespan of footwear."
Even after explaining that the boots are clearly substandard and not fit for purpose, while further informing them that because of my severe spinal arthritis, I am unable to walk far or over difficult terrain, they offered to extend my warranty for a charge.
These boots cost me £94 with delivery and I am incredibly disappointed with the quality and performance of the footwear. I refuse to pay more money for a faulty item and will not be purchasing from them again.

I returned the size that were too big for a size that fitted. I was surprised that there is a restocking fee! So it made sense to buy another pair of the style I was keeping but in another colour.
The exchange went well.
The restocking fee will make me more cautious of buying to try on as any shoes are so difficult to get right without trying on.
Fortunately I love the shoes and they are so comfortable.
