Surgeons were brilliant very helpful and done his best to provide good results.
Staff were very helpful a bit of miscommunication however that was due to language barrier.
The breakfast could of been better and ensuring breakfast was delivered before treatments will be the only thing I would of changed overall experience 4/5

Natural clinic is the best Dental clinic in Istanbul as I was checking for lots of dental companies online for few weeks I finally made the decision and booked for my Father and got instant contact by Camila Herrera we discussed and she organised everything he needed by sending in pictures she spoke to doctors and made him a plan how the procedure will take place step by step . She said two visits will be needed I booked the flight ticket she organised the hotel - taxis as she constantly communicates with the planning team everything went smoothly no issues or miscommunication happening when someone who knows the job well is in charge . Highly recommend as I will be going to this clinic soon.

I came to Natural Clinic to fix my nose. I'm really happy and grateful for this operation. They were really nice and communicated with me the whole time, made sure that everything was okay. They checked upon me a lot. There were also very good interpreters. Everything went well and I'm happy with my nose.

Overall great experience! From communication with consultant, pricing, hotel accommodations, transportation to and from airport and hotel to clinic. They were very attentive to my needs and busy work schedule. I would recommend to anyone looking to do dental or skincare work.

The clinic is a well oiled slick machine where from the moment I was picked up at the airport taken to the hotel and every subsequent trip to the clinic everything ran very smoothly. The handovers from the taxi ride to the clinic, to the dentists chair and the reverse journey there was always somebody to accompany me and always with a smile.
I had confidence immediately in the professionalism of Natural Clinic throughout and am delighted with the outcome. I absolutely recommend Natural Clinic.

I had all on 6 top and bottom. My teeth where implanted October last year. Recently I have had a problem with them. I have sent numerous messages to the clinic in regards to my issue yet I have had no response from them.
Considering the amount of money the procedure has cost and to not have any response is very disappointing. Quick to take my money then wipe their hands.

From the moment I walked into Natural Clinic Istanbul, I was incredibly impressed by the cleanliness and modern feel of the clinic. Every area was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly held to the highest hygiene standards, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my entire visit.

The staff were exceptional – not only professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I felt completely at ease. Their attention to detail and personalized care made all the difference.

Overall, my experience was truly amazing. Natural Clinic exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering treatment in Istanbul. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of professionalism, cleanliness, and human touch – but this clinic truly delivers.

The experience was good. It was a somewhat smooth transition. There was abit of a struggle with translations but aside from that it was good. the treatment was done quickly and was communicated well. The team was quick with appointments and transfers from hotel to appointments. I would recommended this place!

I highly recommend the Natural Hair clinic, from the administration, the doctors, all the staff take great care of us, we are completely taken care of from our arrival at the airport, the hotel transfers to the clinic, we have to worry about nothing. I had hair implants, everything went very well, no pain. Thank you to the whole team, without forgetting the drivers who are adorable.

Quote one price 6.5k flew out and the price pretty much doubled. Soon as I got to the clinic.

Dropped to the hotel very late and it was the wrong hotel. After arguing with the driver he finally took me to the right one. Went in and it was cancelled the day before I flew out. Went out to find the driver and he left us at 1am with no room. I paid for the room just to get some sleep. It was sorted the next day but a poor start.
I had the removals of the teeth and was put in a side room and just left there.
No after care or even a follow up massage once I got home.

Second visit went a bit better but it's so unorganised. They kept wanting 2nd payment before the work was done and I refused. Once the fitting was done they removed the bottom teeth until I made payment.
I asked for bits to be done to the finals and was made to feel an inconvenience.
I was then asked to do an interview which I refused and that was it. No goodbyes it just felt very weird.

The clinic is all smoke and mirrors. It looks the part but not very welcoming and I was getting sick of the men in suits hanging around us. They will say they are translators but felt more like security it just didn't feel right.
They are very pushy to up sell and really only a few people knew what was going on. You had to sit around waiting for a whats app message to say what time you was due in the next day and they could never give a time line.
While my teeth was completed I do feel like I was over charged compared to other clinics and the admin staff are very very pushy.

I would not recommend this place to anyone it's not as easy as they lead you to believe and the aftercare dont exist. Well over priced compared to other places and to be quoted one price to get told another after flying out kind of puts you on the spot.

The dentist the 2nd time around was really good but 1 good dont make up for so many wrongs

The worst choice for a cosmetic procedure! They lied about almost everything from start to finish! They rent out spaces at other credentialed clinics to perform operations. My operation for a breast augmentation and tummy tuck was performed at Coolest Clinic, by a contracted surgeon that Natural Clinic pays for once you pay them for their services. I paid for and got less than the other people that had surgeries at Coolest Clinic for two days. Stuck in a dirty compression garment, blood soaked compression socks, and two addition compression wraps. I was brought back to a budget hotel which was worth 1/2 of the Euro payment for each day on the agreement. The fridge never worked in my room, so I could not stalk a fridge for my special diet. They ignored and did not tell Coolest Clinic that I was a vegan. They brought me meals I could not eat. They made me pay for all my after care medicine after I left Coolest, and tried to confiscate my passport to force me to pay for my last appointment to get my drains out, and replace the blood soaked bandages that I had on my body for 3 days. I sat in my hotel alone with absolutely no after care, to make it to the washroom and back to bed. I used a bath town placed on the sheets to catch the plasma leaking from my body from the liposuction. They provided no pads, so the housekeeper had to receive a couple blood soaked towels. They brought me back to Natural Clinic, to have a nurse lance my right hand that was twice the size from having I.V’s that stayed in my arm to long. I got one piece of gauze for dripping drains, if I did not have my own always pee pads, there would have been many soaked bath towels for the drains in my pin pubis area. No instruction was given to me in how to manage the drains I had in me. They hired an interpreter that was only used for their benefit to talk to the surgeon, Coolest Clinic, take your money, and explain procedures. In summery, they prey upon trusting international people that they trap in bargain contracts without ever meeting a surgeon, as they assign only according to what they think you deserve by what procedures your willing to pay for. I met two surgeons. The first one came to the clinic to access me for a tummy tuck in room full of admin people and a pull door behind me, no privacy. When, I wanted an extra procedure, I met my surgeon the day of surgery who was different and a complete stranger. The interpreter bold faced lied beforehand telling me the procedure would be done at a hospital. I got on my phone, and figured out it was another Clinic with the services actually offered for the same procedures that Natural Clinic apparently provides to unsuspecting international prey. They promise luxury, and give you a peasant experience, they over capture money for services provided, so you will pay for more than what you anticipated for, they pressure you for procedures your body many not be able to handle to capture money for themselves. They don’t care if you live or die. The only luxury you will see is their Clinic that only provides services for dentistry and hair transplants. Do not trust your bodies for cosmetic procedures to these people. They could have killed me, I heard the nurses asking for an extra compression garment for me, for plasma, and other things. I heard the surgeon say Natural Clinic only pays for one, and no she can not have plasma, or another day of care before discharge. The nurses that I would end up dead in my room with a complication, and I even thought that might happen as well. I had to drink water to recapture the blood lost from the procedures. For being my first trip out of the Canada, it was the most terrifying situation that I got myself into by trusting these con artists and self proclaimed hustlers. I cried in my room everyday, trying to hold it together, and praying for a safe return back home. It is a traumatic experience that I bought and paid for, there was absolutely nothing nice about this experience other than the nurses at Coolest Clinic that showed any empathy or concern for my well being in Istanbul, Turkey. They preyed upon my trusting nature for these procedures and instead of providing a wonderful experience, I went home completely humiliated, traumatized, and fear that I could lose my life in Istanbul Turkey, or on my way home back to my family.

My experience at Natural Clinic was better than expected. All the dentist and staff were exceptional. The service was amazing from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Mehmet Bey and Nidal Bey for their exceptional customer service. I would recommend Natural Clinic for anyone wanting any type of dental treatment..

They are very professional and well organised. Operation went smoothly and everyone is very kind. Would definitely recommend for hair transplant as they provide solutions for each case separately. We were 2 persons and they handled each case separately according to the needs.

I received Whats App messages from the company who acknowledged and apologised stating that the higher price was provided by a "newly onboarded" colleague and there was a miscalculation.

After this apology, they reported this review as "fake" and it got taken down, after providing screenshots to TrustPilot, it got reinstated, I contacted them on Whats App, and they attempted to guilt trip me with it could cost multiple people they jobs, and I am harming individuals.

I then got told by them to remove the review or update it to 5 stars to reflect the apology.

The response comment is incorrect, and has nothing to do with a 2 person price or anything. I reached out to the contact as requested, and tbf they have apologised for the pricing conflict and explained the higher price colleague miscalculated and provided an incorrect price and going forward steps would be in place to prevent this.

I accepted the apology but did note, the admission only came after leaving this review.

Be careful with the pricing from this company.

I asked for a consultation and a quote. On 17th May, I was sent a PDF with a quote of €4400.

On 10th June, I was informed there was an offer, I asked what the offer was and was told it's €4000, and the offer is part of the "summer campaign".

On 18th June, another person from the same company contacted me, so I went through the same process, only this time I was quoted €6500, and this was part of the "summer campaign"

I queried both quotes and all I got back was blagging attempts.

Nobody could explain the huge difference for the same campaign in the same week.

I would avoid.

Avoid Natural Clinic at all costs. This place is an absolute disaster and should not be allowed to operate. From the moment I arrived in Istanbul, nothing went as promised. The clinic looks flashy online, but don’t be fooled—behind the polished Instagram facade is chaos, unprofessionalism, and a shocking disregard for patient safety.

First, the so-called “consultation” was a joke. I was rushed in and out like cattle, barely spoken to, and pressured into signing paperwork without clear explanations. It felt more like a sales pitch than medical care.

The dentists? I wouldn’t trust them to fix a bicycle, let alone touch my teeth again. The work was rushed, sloppy, and done with zero care or precision. I left in excruciating pain, with botched crowns that didn’t fit and nerve damage that still affects me to this day. I had to spend thousands back home fixing the damage they caused.

Worse still, the clinic was filthy. I saw reused gloves, unsterile tools, and staff moving between patients without washing their hands. There were people bleeding in the waiting area, and the “nurses” seemed more like untrained assistants. It honestly felt like something out of a horror film.

They ignore you completely once you’ve paid. Aftercare? Non-existent. I messaged multiple times in pain, begging for help, and got nothing but generic responses or outright silence. They do not care. You are just a number to them—a walking wallet.

Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not let the fake reviews or social media influencers fool you. This place is dangerous, unethical, and utterly incompetent. Go anywhere else—just don’t go here.

If you value your health, avoid Natural Clinic like the plague.

I was given a quote and guaranteed a treatment. They flew me out there on false pretenses. I had given them all my medical history. They did not ask for medical records. If you have an pre-existing condition be warned that they'll force tests on you at €600 a pop. They also ignored their quote and forced their opinion on me. What yhey agreed to they refused to do. So i had booked for 6 nights but really only need 1. No compensation. They overcharged me in my bill. They were publically abusive, dismissive, argumentative and this went on for 6 - 8 hours each day. It was like being in a prison interrogation room. I have never experienced such long term abuse because they refused to do what was agreed.

Lies Lies Lies. Natural clinic lied to me about their technology and procedure to convince me their clinic was the right clinic for me.

They told me they offer digital smile design - they don’t. All they had to offer was a photoshop image that anybody with the most basic understanding of a computer could do.

They told me their laboratory is in the same
building as the clinic - it isn’t. The laboratory is a 10 minute walk down the road and when I went there it stunk of cigarette smoke and the staff had their feet up on the table ( very unhygienic)

While I was in their clinic - 1 Spanish patient called the police because she felt she had been defrauded. 1 - German client left the clinic and went to another clinic for a second opinion because he felt he was being bullied and defrauded - 1 American patient was sat in reception almost in tears at the treatment him and his wife had received,

I was left sitting in reception for 3 full days without having a single part of the treatment done. I didn’t get a consultation, I didn’t see a tooth shade chart and I didn’t get to meet the dentist that would be doing my dental crowns.

After 3 days I decided enough was enough. I had been lied to from the start, treated like dirt, the laboratory was filthy and stank of smoke and every patient I spoke to during my stay was disappointed and felt they had been conned.

TRUST ME - THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Certainly not the type of people or company you would want working in your mouth. From what I saw I doubt very much they are even dentists. It wouldn’t surprise me if their certificates and credentials are fake.

Eventually, after 4 days of arguing with management to get my money back because they had not lifted a finger and had not touched my teeth they finally agreed. (Supposedly)

They provided me with a “ refund receipt “ and sent me home.

It has now been more than a month and I still do not have my money back ( they told me 3-5 days . What they have me was a fake document to appease me and think I was safe to go home.

I have contacted a lawyer in the UK and Turkey and they are looking into how we can get justice. Not just for me and the £4200 they stole off of me but also for the hundreds of other honest, well intended patients that are simply looking to get their treatments done without being lied to, without being tricked and without being treated like dirt.

Please if you are considering Natural clinic or if you have had treatment done at natural clinic and are disappointed, get in touch. They cannot be allowed to get away with this behaviour and anybody thinking about going to this clinic needs to know - YOU ARE BEING LIED TO.

Do not believe the videos they show you of celebrities at their clinic. These are paid for promotions. Notice how you don’t see the celebrities actually getting any treatment done? Do you honestly think the likes of Michelle morrone or Cristian Ronaldo’s sister would go to a clinic in turkey for treatment when they can afford the best in the world??? Don’t fall for their tricks like I stupidly did.

I have the posted on google reviews falsified documentation they provided as a supposed refund receipt so you can all see for yourself the depths this clinic is prepared to go to to carry out their dodgy business . A company headed letter signed and stamped BUT - it doesn’t mean a thing.

They are very good liars . Very well rehearsed. They know full well a Turkish lawyer will charge you £3000-£4000 to fight your case and get your money back and when your treatment was for the same amount of money, natural clinic bets on the fact that you won’t spend more money to get your money back and hope that you’ll just leave it.

Unfortunately for them I AM NOT THAT GUY. I will have my day in court with you. Your dodgy dealings are coming to an end. Watch me go,

As I said above, DO NOT BELIEVE any response they make to this review. They have responded to my review just like they reply to all of the reviews in the hope they will convince people that the person writing the review is just a problem client. COME ON. They have lots of negative reviews and everybody is all saying the same thing.

They are a con company, they are dangerous and they do not care about you they just want your money and will leave you in pain and with problems

STEER CLEAR of these con men. Put your health first!!!

Hello , I’m sharing my experience at Natural clinic , I’m really happy about it, i recommend the services, thank you Natural clinic

The medical team was fast, efficient and skilled when performing the hair transplant procedure. They took good care to make sure all graphs were transferred properly.

My only constructive comment would be for the medical team to check in on their patients more often and be more sensitive to a patients discomforts. I suspect however it could just be a language barrier. Regardless, they did a very good job and I look forward to the long term results.

Also a big thanks to Ismail Mustafa from the coordination team who guided me through the process, pre-evaluation and transaction. He was highly responsive a d always answered my questions.

The post-procedure coordination team was also very helpful in informing me on Post-procedure guidelines.
