Natural Clinic Istanbul 

I wanted to leave a review about the amazing experience I’ve had so far with Natural Clinic in Istanbul.

I was guided through this process by an amazing surgical consultant, Mark Cameron, and from the very first conversation he’s been incredibly clear, informative, supportive, and reassuring.

What really stands out is how clear, informative, supportive, and reassuring he has been. Nothing ever feels rushed or confusing — he takes the time to explain things thoroughly and to ensure there is full clarity about each step of the process. It also helps that communication before travel has been very consistent, which really reduces any anxiety when arranging something like this internationally.

They also provided a lot of information about the surgical process, recovery time, and what to expect throughout the whole journey, which made everything feel very well explained from the start.

The coordination has also been excellent in terms of logistics, including airport pickup, hotel arrangements, and transfers, which makes the whole process feel very well organised from the start.

Communication has been highly responsive over WhatsApp and messaging, and he’s always easy to reach if anything comes up. From the first contact through to ongoing coordination, I’ve felt supported throughout the journey.

There’s a real sense of professionalism combined with friendliness from the team, and everything feels very structured while still personal. It’s made me feel comfortable, safe, and looked after throughout the process.

Overall, I feel well looked after already, and I’m genuinely looking forward to going out there in the fall and continuing the journey with a team that feels this organized and supportive.

I visited the clinic and was very pleased with my experience. I liked the overall atmosphere and how kindly and professionally the team treated me. They gave me ample time, answered all my questions, and were always ready to assist with any request. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received, and I am completely satisfied with the service.

I truly appreciated the time she dedicated to me, her clear explanations, and the way she answered all of my questions with kindness and expertise. She made me feel comfortable, reassured, and very well taken care of.

Is terrible for my experience before I thought is good service after the business with them don’t care the client just all the time for the money I been turkey to go there fourth times first they cost me 11.568 euro round this after one month more my implant teeth is cut it half and just told me for my teeth’s not for the fight and hotel and cost me to fight back to fix my teeth’s and the last one is still cost my 1200 euro to fix buy is not last long my teeth’s is falling one piece and keep told me may be you bite your teeth’s at night keeping all is my fault try to Fool me and lied first time is good is because have business after still cost me spend the money with their company is made me so angry and sad and disgusting and disappointed I don’t have choice to let them keep ask me to spend the money is cost me a lot money I better do in England I thought is cheaper but is not more expensive I so regret to deal with this company I never never to trust that company again ( Natural clinic ) is lira and treat the customer are fools I just let people know how disgusting this company and terrible service now 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

My experience at the Natural Clinic was incredible from start to finish. Having never travelled to Istanbul, I was anxious about doing so for a procedure. Nora and her team put all my fears at ease. Nora’s communication prior to the trip was professional and friendly. When my friend and I arrived in Istanbul, EVERYTHING, and I mean everything was perfect from start to finish. The procedure was painless. They matched my desires perfectly. I am so happy with the results and I’ve never smiled so much! Thank you Nora and the Natural Clinic for the incredible experience. travelled internationally to Natural Clinic Turkey for a thread lift after being quoted €1000 repeatedly over a long period.

Once I arrived, the price suddenly changed to €1800, then was “discounted” to €1500 — while the clinic itself was advertising €1250 for threads on screens inside the clinic. At that point, having already travelled, it felt like I was being cornered into paying more. Clear bait and switch.

After the procedure, I was given minimal aftercare and specifically told not to worry about a facial corset. Only after I had left Turkey was I told I must wear one for 10 days. By then, I was in another country and unable to source one. This should have been clearly communicated and provided at the clinic.

A thread then came loose and started protruding from my skin. It became infected. I contacted the clinic immediately, sent photos, and asked for urgent advice. I was ignored for a week while dealing with an active complication.

When I finally did get a response, it was from a consultant, not a doctor, who told me to leave the thread in and that it would be “fine.” I later had to have it surgically removed in Indonesia, and the doctor there told me that leaving it in could have led to a much more serious outcome.

Weeks later, the doctor finally contacted me and apologised for not providing proper aftercare instructions. By that point, the damage had already been done.

I asked for compensation or at least a partial refund given what had happened. Instead of addressing this properly, I was placed into a WhatsApp group with around ten people. Not one of them responded to my requests. I was completely ignored.

After well over another month, they informed me they would not be offering any refund at all.

I was treated with utter contempt throughout this process.

I am now left with an uneven result due to an inconsistent number of threads, on top of the stress, additional medical costs, and risk I was exposed to.

If anyone else has had similar experiences with this clinic and is interested in pursuing a class action or making formal complaints to the Turkish Ministry of Health, please reach out.

Do not gamble with your health.

This clinic is incredibly unprofessional.

Everything went smoothly. No hassle. Explained throughly from start to finish. Id recommend using them and id use them again no problem.

No after treatment care > and above all once you go your estinates will be doubled ... there are so many clinicn in istanbul you cvan go anywhere ,, but avoid going here,,This is swear to God honest opinion

I was contacted by the company to see if I’d like a free consultation regarding rhinoplasty. As I was in Istanbul for a short visit,I agreed. They said even tho I was an hr away from their clinic they would pick me up and drop me back straight after. They picked me up as arranged and I seen their experts as agreed. I wasn’t at all convinced by what they had to say in the conversation . And when I didn’t commit to deposit for the surgery the promptly refused my return transfer leaving me an hours drive in a location I had no clue about. This was extremely unprofessional.my advice to anyone thinking of this clinic for any procedure is DON’T.

I traveled to Istanbul in February 2026 for a hair transplant at Natrual Clinic and had an outstanding experience. The surgery was a complete success, and the clinic’s service was superb from start to finish. They handled all logistics—including airport, hotel, and clinic transfers—with impressive efficiency. I am already seeing great results! Istanbul is a fantastic city for a stopover, and I’d like to give a special shout-out to my customer advisor, Amin. He was highly professional, genuinely caring, and made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic!

Great staff and clinicians from start to finish. My coordinator Farouk made sure I know what was going on every step of the way.

My experience with Nature Clinic starts from the time I called and a representative by the name Lydia Wrenford, answered all my questions about a Hollywood Smile I wanted done. So, I went ahead and booked the time I wanted it done. Then I went ahead and booked my flight from Iceland, where I am from. On arrival at Istanbul Airport, the chauffeur driven was waiting to pick us up, me and my friend who escorted me. The driver was very courteous and drove us to their beautiful hotel where we were very well welcomed.

In the morning, a driver from Natural Clinic came to pick us up and drove us to the clinic and all the staff members were really nice, especially their representative, that I was communicating with, (Lydia) over the phone. She and other staff members took me through everything e.g, the consultation, the exray of my Jaw and they explained everything they were going to do for me for the treatment (Hollywood Smile) and I must say, I am very Happy with the outcome so far and I am now smiling 😁 all the time and I receive lots of compliments from my family, friends and work colleagues. Thank you so much Natural Clinic.

Expertise, safety, trustworthiness, comfort, information and communication, and community. This very much felt like visiting family, and I think that is a fantastically important aspect of the experience. Would highly recommend.

The service level was beyond, and the staff (as I mentioned) felt like family. Marriam was everything I could hope for guiding me through the process and Ahmet and Naeem were equally amazing. I honestly can not sing their prasies enough.

I’ve had a really great experience at Natural Clinic and they have taken really good care of me throughout the process of giving me a Hollywood smile 😊 . The translators/guides stay with you every step and everything is explained step by step. The dentists do an amazing job. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Rhinoplasty & facial fat transfer

Lydia was my first point of contact who guided me through my entire experience at Natural Clinic. From helping me w treatment options, to contacting surgery team, arranging rides etc… My rhinoplasty was done amazing as well as my fat transfer to my mid face for volume support by Dr. Baygol. I was flying in from
America and stayed at the suites next to the clinic. All of the service was good but the surgeon was truly
