Stella Arven has been an exceptional coordinator throughout my experience with Natural Clinics. She was always attentive, available, and very reassuring, making communication effortless and clear. Her professionalism and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I had a very disappointing experience with Natural Clinic and would not recommend it to anyone considering medical or cosmetic treatment here. While their marketing makes them seem professional and highly rated, my personal experience—and many others’ online—tells a different story.

Communication with the clinic was absolutely terrible from start to finish. I was never given clear information about my procedure, and updates were sparse or non‑existent. Even after paying in full, staff barely responded to emails or messages, leaving me frustrated and unsure about what was happening.

The results of my treatment were far below expectations. What I was promised was not what I received, and follow‑up support was almost nonexistent. I soon discovered several other patients online with similar stories—people claiming they were misled, left without results, or even called out the clinic as dishonest.

Worst of all, some reviewers reported spending thousands of euros on treatments like stem cell therapy or hair transplants that didn’t work at all, and then being ignored when they tried to resolve the issue. 

Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and stressful. There are plenty of other clinics in Istanbul with better communication, more reliable outcomes, and genuine patient support
they quoted me $10,000 for a procedure, but after lengthy negotiations, the price was reduced to $3,000. While the discount seemed good at first, it felt like a tactic to get me to commit, and it raised red flags about transparency and ethics.

Everything was well organized, and I felt comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. I truly appreciate their dedication and high standard of service.

In early February 2026 I travelled to Istanbul and underwent a Revision Rhinoplasty by Dr. Emre and his excellent staff at Natural Clinic in Istanbul.

A colleague from my school, where I work, was seriously scammed by this clinic by selling him an expensive STEMCELL treatment for his baldness.
The treatment later turned out to be a scam and never scientifically proven.
My school contacted a former doctor from this clinic via LinkedIn, and she confirmed that the clinic runs on fraud and false promises, which is why she left. The clinic's owners are businesspeople with no medical background and criminal records, and their only goal is to scam as many people as possible.
Now my colleague is trying to contact them, but they refuse to respond!
He also wants his treatment agreement to hire a lawyer, but they refuse to provide it.

I had an amaizing experience, everyone was very nice and took care of me in a very good manner, thanks to my consultant he’s such an an amazing person, who helped me with all the preparation of my gastric bypass journey operation he is millions he took care of me and looked after me very professionally ! He’s the best victor voss thanks to you your the best !!!

I was excited about the hair transplant training, shame, they sugar coat everything, I was left unsupervised, was promised training in English by an experienced dr called Tarik Pak, who never showed up, his non-medical assistant was mostly absent, i had to message her to come and explain/translate, she was there for no more than 5-10 mins. It was a choas, there was no structure, theory document was mostly empty or half pages showing images, it was poorly arranged. I was pressurised to make payment asap, the focus was never on issues with the course but demanding payment and threatening me each time. Their communication was awful. I lost over 7000euros. They have no complainta procedure, so as a foreign dr, they deceived me. They create a big hype about the superstars getting cosmetic surgeries done there but they don't reveal their dark side of deception. I would strongly WARN drs or trainees from taking up courses with them.

I had my composites done at Nautral Clinic. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Cemre, the patient coordinator, who honestly made all the difference for me. I was very close to cancelling my procedure because I was unsure and anxious, but Cemre took the time to talk me through every single concern. Cemre was patient, reassuring, kind, and never made me feel rushed or silly for worrying. Her support and honesty completely put me at ease, she is truly the reason I went ahead with the treatment.

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organised, and the dental team were highly skilled and attentive. I’m so happy with my composite results and grateful I trusted Cemre and Natural Clinic.

If you’re considering treatment and feeling nervous or uncertain, you’ll be in very safe hands here, especially with Cemre supporting you every step of the way.

Terrible communication very little support or wrong information before during an after. I did my hair transplant 3 years ago with them. The result is Zero. Please don't spent money with them. They will show their true face when you go to their clinic. They just only need money. Wish i can get my money back.

We came from the UK, when entering I can only describe a Beautiful clinic clean and warm! Staff are extremely friendly and supportive! We came for my husbands hair transplant and we are that happy we will be back in September for further treatments for both him and myself.

Very impressive clinic, but the best of it was the people. Had my teeth removed ready for inplants, the accomadation was a study apartment next to the clinic.
The downside is I have had to wait 4 months for the gums to settle down which they have, back for new teeth in Feb 2026.

Haven been to any other teeth clinics but from my experiencce highyly recommend.

I was seriously scammed by this clinic.
They suggested stem cell therapy would help me with my baldness AND THEY GAVE ME 100% GUARANTEE TO SUCCEED, but unfortunately, it all turned out to be a lie. I'm now even balder than before the treatment, and have spent thousands of euros.
Later, I spoke with a stem cell Professor from my University who revealed that the treatment was simply fake and had never been scientifically proven.
I've been trying to call and email Natural Clinic, but they REFUSE to respond!
