This is my second time using National Windscreens and it wasn’t much better than the first experience! I booked the appointment because my window got smashed from a stone that got flicked up from our lawn mower! Managed to get a booking for 3 days time so wasn’t too bad. The day of my booking I got a phone call in the morning at about 9:30am from someone really miserably explaining that they had to go and collect the window to fit into my car and that ‘no one had bothered to tell him that’, his attitude sort of made out like it was my fault he had to do this! I asked for an afternoon appointment as I had preschool run twice in the morning but the guy on the phone said they’ll try and fit me in today but if not then maybe later on? I was told someone would contact me to confirm but after a few hours I called them at 3pm, no one answered the office phone after being on hold for 7 minutes. The chat service couldn’t get through to the technician either. After I tried again and again someone finally managed to get hold of them and apparently my technician was stuck in Winchester so wouldn’t be able to make it. They managed to send someone out at 5:30pm and fit it fine, this guy was very friendly so thank you to him!

The location of the premises a little awkward as I was warned it would take 4 hours so had to organise lift there and back.

I needed a new windscreen with configuration and was pushed for time, the guys pulled out all the stops and had me up and running in no time. Superb high quality job delivered 👊🏻

During the windscreen replacement camera and sensor was damaged.

Silicon smudged on roof lining, side pillar trims not clicked back into place, wipers incorrectly fitted! A week on and 15 phone called still no response!!
