How are you still in business
How are you still in business customer service is absolutely shocking. Even the complaints procedure was a brush off. The fitting and the staff at the depot on the day of the appointment were great , friendly and professional . My grievance is the communication or lack of. I was twice promised a phone call which did not happen. No missed calls only receiving a text asking me to call. When I called the number left on the text I got the National call centre and just went round the whole process again. Waiting nearly two weeks to have a new screen to be fitted is not acceptable when it has a large split across it.so ended up taking it off the road. If I had not paid up prior to fitting I would have gone elsewhere locally.

I can only say that the experience was a good one , as I dropped our vehicle off, to have the windscreen replaced, they told me they would let me know when it was ready, and how long it should take.
