I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I booked the appointment, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, efficient, and reassuring.
On the day of the service, the technician called me to go early if I like. I therefore went a bit earlier than my appointment slot. The technician was incredibly professional, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions.
The replacement itself was done quickly and to a very high standard. The new windscreen looks perfect, and the quality of the work is exceptional—no leaks, no rattles, just a flawless fit.
What truly stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a reliable and courteous service these days. I highly recommend them to anyone needing windscreen repairs or replacement. Five stars all the way!

Overall a really good experience
Overall a really good experience. I booked a windscreen replacement at home but in view of my large windscreen they had no one available to come with the engineer and as it was a two man job I didn’t have much choice except to go into their workshop which was inconvenient but couldn’t be helped

I think the wrong screen has been…
I think the wrong screen has been fitted and now head up display not correct.
Phoned and told them, they said they would look.into it.......nothing back.
Called again and they told me they would come back to me.......still nothing
UPDATE Company commented on here to say I would be contacted.
They just wrote that on here so other people think they have responded.
Absolutely no effort from them to contact me.
When I call they say they will get back to me......they don't.

Good Service and no hassle
Arrived at specified time, no waiting or queuing.. staff member booked us in and said car would be ready in 1- 1.5 hours..
We received call just after an hour saying car would be ready in 10 minutes..
New screen fitted nicely..
No hassle, staff friendly, good service.

Shoddy workmanship
Shoddy workmanship . Pieces of foam / rubber trim left on dashboard and seats, scuttle improperly refitted , glass was left filthy and had to ask them to clean it and apon inspection found the glass to be scratched
