Not only was the item which I bought very nice and good quality, also very reasonably priced. After delivery I realised that I had forgotten to order an accessary, this was quickly dispatched, unfortunately it was damaged in transit it was very quickly replaced.
arriving the following day. All this at no extra cost.

Ordered a lovely lamp , it arrived quick and they even sent a couple of light bulbs for free. The lamp is really good quality. I’m very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again.

My lamps were damaged in transit. I emailed customer services informing them and that I had refused to accept the package i received a swift response my replacements would be with me Monday . They have arrived all in one piece. They are the Bay bathroom wall lights and they are lovely. Thank you Sonia.

Julia and Louise were both wonderful trying to sort out my delivery with Fedex.
It took about 5 days before Fedex delivered it to a pick up point.
In fact Julie went as far as organising a replacement delivery.

Purchased a light fixture which was missing a rubber washer. Sonia arranged for a replacement and all sorted quickly and without fuss!
Outstanding aftersales support which is uncommon in today's world and for which I'd highly recommend.

Sadly the first set of lampshades that I received were damaged but a very prompt response from customer service meant that the replacements arrived the next morning. The new ones were perfect. I will definitely use the company again as the have a great choice of lights and accessories and fast delivery coupled with a very efficient customer service should there be any problem.

I contacted customer service after one of my bollard lamps was damaged. At first the item was out of stock and was not listed on the website. Sonia was so helpful in sorting out a replacement light for me, it was ordered & delivered within 24 hours. I can only say it was a pleasure to receive such a great service.

The Mayala 5 light chandelier is perfect. It arrived promptly and packed extremely well, which was crucial to keep the delicate glass rods from breaking. The electrician had no problems fitting the brass frame and I fitted the glass drops myself. This was very easy although it took me nearly two hours to unwrap and fit them! There were a few spares too. I'm delighted with the chandelier!

I had a poor experience at a local branch, but Louise at head office and her team were outstanding, the sorted it out no bother, took the time to call back , thank you guys for listening. Top marks.
