National Fraud Helpline offers low no win, no fee agreements to help our clients access justice. We charge 15% to 20% plus VAT. We have created an easy sign up process in which we do all the hard work to help you recover your money. There are no upfront fees and you only pay us if we are successful. Polite, professional and compassionate.

Charlie was so polite and understanding. There was no judgement and I was put at ease talking with her. She kept me updated. She didn't mind me getting emotional on the phone either. Totally professional at all times aswell as compassionate. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Excellent service and approach to the client

I became I victim of fraud during a winter time.I was in a very difficult situation and I decided ask for help the NFH.From the beginning I was in contact with Skye ,who patiently collected evidence.She was very helpful and patient and communicated with the bank and negotiated with the bank large part of of the amount lost in the Fraud.For this I owe her respect and big thank You.

My experience with this company make me get my life back because I was a victim of scam and I thought this is the end of my life but when I contacted them they handled my case professionally and I was able to get my money back. When I received the good news I was very happy and able to sleep well again. I recommend to everyone who needs help. Thanks to Leo who handled my case.

I spoke to a very professional and very experienced person who talked through the process which immediately put me at ease and gave me the confidence to thoroughly pursue these scammers and speak to the Bank and attempt to resolve the issue. I supplied every bit of info I had as evidence and that was absolutely essential and within 6-8 weeks I had all my money back. I was driving along the M62 when i was contacted with the good news I was on cloud nine. Thanks a million National Fraud Helpline you earned every penny of your 20% plus vat. Thank you from a very happy person who like many others thought it would never happen to them. These scammers are the best there is worldwide and if in doubt hang up and ring the bank/company and do you checks first.

Peace of mind

I was one of those people who thought i would not get taken in by a stammer!
I did totally my fault and had no idea what to do about it afterwards.
It just happened that three years after it happened i just same across National Fraud Helpline. I had been to the police and checked out the scammers address and got no where. National Fraud Helpline talked me through the process and what ever you think the time line should be it will take as long as it needs too!

Miracles do Happen

I contacted this company via a social media site. From the off they were sympathetic and understanding of my situation.
So anyway last year I was scammed out of a large sum of money. I received today all of my money back less there fees.
Not bad seeing as I thought my money would never be seem again. Yeah I probably got this result on my own and via my bank, but it would of taken a lot of time and effort. I'd recommend this company to anyone thinking they've seen the last of their money. I thought I had!!
Fiona who delt with my case was profession and kept me updated regularly via WhatsApp (My Choice)

Leo was so very understanding and reassuring in what was a very difficult, emotive and personal situation. Adam and believe it

Got far more money back than expected
I left Adam to represent me and deal with Nationwide and then I got told that I had a good chunk of money that I was entitled to. Useful after loosing a job just into the new year
