Decision to acquire MG HS from Nathanial cars
I first attended the Cardiiff Penarth Road showroom in May of 2026.I was looking at different cars to replace my current Motability vehicle that was due for change in August. I was greeted by Sales Executive Elliot Cooze who discussed the various models of the MG range of cars that would suit. as a result of that visit i returned to the Cardiff showroom a week later and test drove the MG HS. The car was suitable and a decision was made to acquire the desired vehicle in red. I returned to the showroom on August the 10th to collect the vehicle. I was greeted by Sales Executive Shane Perry who explained that Elliot was on leave, Shane did all the necessary paper work. He explained all that was required and set up everything the way i needed it in the car. Shane made a telephone call to me the following Wednesday to confirm everything was running smoothly and that I was completely satisfied with the car. I was and I still am and very happy with the attention and service from all the staff who assisted at Nathanial Car Sales. THANK YOU.

I will never recommend Bridgend Nathanial motors to anyone
When i collected my vehicle at Bridgend it was supposed to have my private plates on
This was not the case, I was told ir was an admin error & was told I would need to bring it back to have the numbers replaced.
I had to drive a total of 40 miles to Swansea to get the matter resolved.
Also, the click mat that should come with the drivers side was an ordinary one that keeps moving & is a safety hazzard. When I asked for a correct mat, I was told it would cost £74.
Considering the inconvenience I had endured, I would have expected this as a gift for my inconvenience.
Swansea, to be fair were very good.
The salesman ,Sam, at Bridgend was always in a hurry & blamed every one but himself for the mistake.
I will not be reccommending Bridgend Nathanial motors to anyone

I’m not sure if there was a miss communication, with the private registration, Sam did take responsibility for the error and arrangements were made to ensure your vehicle remained covered by our insurance until your V5 was received and the private plates could be fitted. Sam also arranged for the plates to be collected from our Swansea branch, rather than requiring you to make the journey back to Bridgend, or alternatively for them to be posted directly to your home address.
Regarding the floor mats, all of our vehicles are supplied with complimentary mats. These are standard generic mats, as opposed to the vehicle-specific MG fitted mats, which are available to purchase separately should a customer wish to upgrade.
We appreciate that the situation caused some inconvenience and apologise for this. However, we hope the above provides some clarification regarding the steps taken by our team to resolve the issues raised and the options that were made available to you.

Stress free car shopping.
It's been a long time since stepping out to buy a new car. I was pleaseantly surprised by the range and variety of most makes and models. Pricing was fair and competitive with no hidden surprises. We were left to look about the stock without being hassled by pushy salesmen. Overall an enjoyable stress free experience.
I asked about a few cars before settling on my purchase. Clear communication by friendly happy staff. Service was swift when it was decided what I wanted. I had a few initial problems with my old car and staff were professional when helping me sort it out.
I would happily recommend them if you want to upgrade or are just purchasing your first car.
