Poor customer experience
Purchased a livestock scale from this company. The scale was dead within 6 months. Attempted to get an exchange or refund as we needed a replacement for our ranch. Company stated it no longer carried the product, only provided 2 months time period for exchange or refund and referred us to their supplier which has not honored the warranty.
If you want to deal with a company that does not want to back up the products it sells, then this is your company.
