Twice I tried purchasing and twice they failed. On the latter occasion keeping my monies for 3 pairs of slippers I have still not and will not receive.
Appalling they can get away with this.

Take your money but don’t send item
Similar bad experience to other people. My order allegedly went to the wrong address & I have been chasing ever since. It has been 4 months of emails and formulated responses, and now they have stopped replying. I would like to know how to stop them advertising as they are effectively stealing money from people. Avoid them!!!

Update #2. So, after 10 weeks of auto-bot replies to emails, terrible comms, and 2 separate tracking numbers which ended up stalling somewhere in China and then being replaced by another - my order turned up today. And it's pretty much as described.
I'm not really sure what to think - at best, the customer service is dreadful, and it gives every appearance of this being a complete scam - but they did eventually deliver. Nobody was more surprised than me! Let's put it this way - based on my experience, I'd never shop with them again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them - but the fact that the order did eventually show does at least make my earlier posts labelling them criminal seem unfair.
