I had great phone support. Very helpful staff and also kind. The plugins for signing and the website itself are kind of complicated and feel old and too Italian:)) But it's ok.

Worse authenty verificator EVER.

Worse authenty verificator EVER.
It's been 2 weeks, over 7 time that i try to verify with my password, they keep saying that the picture took is blurry, while the picture is took in PERFECT CONDITION.
That's a joke.

Prompt, efficient and reliable

Prompt, efficient and reliable. The certificate was issued within 48 hours, and the video identification process was remarkably simple. Technical support was excellent throughout — responsive and genuinely helpful. Since then, the signature has worked flawlessly everywhere I've needed it. Highly recommended.

not good at all

not good at all. long waiting time and rejection by the operator several times.last year the same situation. I don't think you want to make progress in terms of identification time. Otherwise the product is very useful, I congratulate you

Good customer service

The signature has a very complicated activation process which is somehow ‘normal’ for a digital signature. Unfortunately, I had some trouble with the activation and had to contact customer service. They solved my problem and they were efficient and professional. They were not very fast, but in the end they solved it. I appreciate the help and implication!
