Great product/prices - poor delivery
Because I work full time I was not home to sign for delivery and just moved in so don't know neighbours - easier to collect from depot except that entailed a 15 mile round trip - for that reason unlikely to use again - I did opt to collect from my local pharmacy only to be then told that option wasn't actually available after all - ridiculous performance for a few nail polishes

For the security of our customer's orders, and due to Royal Mail's dangerous goods regulations, we had to use a courier for your delivery. Because of the number of items you ordered we weren't able to pack them so they could be posted through your letterbox, so on this occasion we had no option but to put them in a small box and send them with a courier. We are sorry you feel that our courier you down on this occasion.
There are a number of options with our courier, including the option to leave the parcel in a safe place at your address - or rearrange a weekend delivery (or another day/time that was convenient for you). Had you contacted us, we could have arranged either of these for you. Alternatively, you could have entered your work address for the delivery.

Excellent products AND service
Just bought OPI thinner (just 3 drops to thin nail varnish) which I hadn't even known existed till I scrolled through the site. This even works on their nail strengthener! Not only did this arrive beautifully and safely packaged, it also arrived earlier than expected. And price wise, considerably cheaper than the same item on Amazon (I checked...)
Very impressed, and will definitely buy all my nail stuff here in the future.

I ordered 5 nail varnishes from the website about 9pm Tuesday night. On Wednesday I received an email to say my order was received and had been dispatched, then I received them on Thursday before lunch time!
It's fantastic service and exceptional value for money! Will definitely be buying more and would recommend this company to everyone!

Great service and good prices.
Nail Polish.co.uk have the biggest range of nail polish imaginable. They are also cheaper than you can get on the high street. Normally the items arrive very quickly. My last order took a while longer as it was mis scanned at the sorting office. This was not the fault of Nail Polish.co.uk. I can thoroughly recommend this company.
