Just amazing overall !

NAETUR offers a great selection of jewellery and I have been wearing mine every single day for the past year without any problem. The quality of the products is amazing, the color doesn't fade, the clips to close the earrings stay strong and don't deteriorate in any way. I am very happy with my orders and will order lots more! Worth every penny.
Also the client service is very friendly ;)

perfect!

I bought a lot of items of Naetur and the quality is really good. The gold layer & strass are still on the jewellery, eventhough I keep them on while showering.

Ordered a Hoodie and 2 necklaces

Ordered a Hoodie and 2 necklaces. Love the quality for the prices you pay, very nice packaging too! Shipping was also faster than expected, definitely will order again!

Absolutely impossible to reach customer service

Unless you are 100% sure that you will keep the item, then don't order here, because if you want to return, there is no way to reach their customer service. I sent multiple e-mails, trying a different e-mail address, using their contact form, still no response at all. I even sent a message on Instagram. I have filed a complaint at the Consumentenbond and Webwinkel.nl and I hope they will help me fix it.

Scam

Scam. I always followed Romie and believed that the product would be good. But apart from good marketing, customer service was terrible.
First of all, there was no way to track delivery. Then when it got delayed for a month it turned out that it got back to the Naetur, but no one ever called me or left a message that the product was supposed to be delivered.
Second, there is no way to reach customer service, I tried to contact email, webpage, Instagram etc. Then when they answered on Instagram after few weeks they said they would refund the money and guess what? Money was never sent. But then when I wrote again no one ever answered.

So all in all good business model and way to earn money no doubt.

REALLY BAD COSTUMER CARE

REALLY BAD.
Especially the costumer care. Still didn't received any respond after almost 2 months. Received wrong item, sent it back with the returning receipt. Trying to deal with my bank.
NEVER EVER AGAIN, VERY DISAPPOINTED

No customer service - bad quality!!

I bought earrings and an necklace.
The earrings couldn't close, so I received a malfunctioning product.
Tried to fix a return, but never got any response after sending multiple emails.
Don't buy here, it's bad quality and you get scammed!!!!!!

I saw model Romee Strijd promoting this necklace on instagram. Her partner Laurens van Leeuwen owns the brand Naetur. Unfortunately I received a necklace with bad quality. Falls of your neck spontaneously. E-mailed the customer service several times for return, never got a response. I feel like I got scammed.

Bad customer service

I tried to email them several times because i wanted to return my order. Never received a response so i am not able to return my order.. Also tried contacting them via instragram but also no response.
The item itself looks fine though, just not what i expected

Overall fine!

I didn't receive a tracking link at first, but I asked them what happened and apparently my order was shipped to the UK instead of Belgium, but they already sent me the order again and with tracking link this time. Overall, my expercience with Naetur was good! The team handled the error swiftly and the jewelry looks great!
