Never again
We ordered a hoody for 90,- EUR as a birthday present for our daughter. Unfortunately the size was wrong, so we sent it back on 28.09.2023 and asked for a voucher. Never heard anything since then. We are trying to get in contact via e-mail for weeks, but there is no reply. Out recommendation: Never order anything at naetur.com, save your money.

After our rating with one star we received a reaction asking us to send an order number and corresponding information. We did that immediately. One week is gone - no reaction at all. And yes, we check our spam folder regularly - this is definitely not the problem. So our recommendation remains the same: "Never order anything from Naetur - save your money!" Awful customer service, never again.
No reaction from customer service
I initially rated it with one star because there was absolutely no response from customer service after sending multiple emails and DMs about an order and not being able to apply a discount code. I have received my order, but still no response to my emails and/or DMs. After I posted a review here, I suddenly received an email. The discount has been applied and I have received a partial refund. So ultimately happy with the result. The handling could be much faster. Therefore three stars.
Quality Customer Service, Highly Recommend
Naetur has amazing high quality clothing and jewellery. I once had a delay in shipping and they replied almost instantly through Instagram DM. Their customer service is great, they called courier services to see where my deliver was, and explained the situation to me in detail. They offered me a discount code for my next order. When I received the new order, there was a personal handwritten message saying that they were sorry for the delay and I also received some extra gifts. I’ve only had pleasant experiences communicating with their kind staff via Instagram and highly recommend this brand!

Had an amazing experience
Had an amazing experience, first order was a bracelet which is GOEGROUS, second was a ring with strass, unfortunatly after a few months i lost a strass and send an email to the Naetur team, i had an answer in a few minutes and they resend me the same ring on the same day, it's been a minute since i had such a quick and responsable brand with an amazing customer service agent, thank you Naetur, will continue to order for sure!

Not a good experience with this brand. Had bought two rings that were both broken after 3 months. Very unfortunate. I know brands that are cheaper and provide better quality. I would not buy there again.
Awful company to work with as B2B…
Awful company to work with as B2B partner. They are not reliable as a partner. As an entrepeneur i'm very dissapointed in this company. They let you make all kinds of concepts and don't pay them in the end. Don't let young people make important decisions in your company and give your suppliers trust if you can't make it afterall. Still discussing about everything one year (!!) later.

Honestly the best costumer care ever.
It’s my second order with this company and I have to say that they have beautiful jewelry, that doesn’t fade away, and in addition they are so so kind.
With the first order they sent me a wrong ring but they provided immediately to send me the right ring, so I have received as gift the first one. Then with the most recent purchase, as the made a mistake giving me the wrong size, they gifted me with another ring and a necklace.
I wanted to thank especially Boris that was very professional.

Super quality and beautiful products ! Unfortunately some products were broken. After an email a super fast response back from great customer service. Directly helped with new products. Super happy 🤩 I can walk again in the most beautiful clothes ! 10 for the service !

12 days after my order, didn't receive any tracking info of my order, still waiting... tried email customer service, sent DM on Instagram and also comment on the post. None of them working, I was so looking forward to this brand, but now I don't know what to say.

Parcel did not arrive after 1 month
I ordered a necklace for my sister for Christmas on the 25th of November. Now it's Christmas Day and I still have not received my parcel. Therefore, I cannot gift my sister the necklace for Christmas. Very sad!

The necklace, earrings, and rings are so cool and perfect for me. They make you look pretty, cool, and elegant😍✨ The gold doesn't fade away and still looks like new, even though I always use it! I have been their customer for more than a year😍🔆 I bought also their Sweater, I love the Sweater so much, and the quality is the best. And For all the price Naetur is also perfect!

I placed my order on the 7th of December and received an email right about that my order has been processed. The brand then goes completely ghost. No tracking number nothing! I’ve send multiple emails over the past couple of days and not a single reply. No one I know knows the brand. The only reason I decided to give it a try is because it’s owned by Romee Strijd who seems like an honest person.
Update: I posted a comment under their last Instagram post, basically complaining about my order and no one reply to my emails. I received a DM telling me they’ve upgraded my shipping for free and my order will be sent immediately. I received my package with a free necklace and an apology note. Honestly they made up for it!
