Shady Online Bank
Everything you worry about with an online only Bank.
No support even with "premium" (SMART Konto) features. No Hotline as advertised, just automated message telling you to use the chat(bot).
Refusal to take any accountability, will not give out any non copy paste reply and does not even call you back after you specifically requested a callback.
Don't even bother to contact me now after the fact.
Another failure of the new no effort fintech.
Edit: was contacted by the company after leaving this review, faster than they ever would using support features.
Surely they asked for more Information to understand what went wrong, not just attempt to make this go away. Right?

Great convenient trustworthy service
Great trustworthy service, don’t like the current design of the main page in the mobile app, to many tabs and promotions, though. I often need to see quickly last transactions but have to do some extra moves which is annoying.
