Very good service it’s too easy to operate with card

N26 makes managing money feel simple. The app is clean, intuitive and fast, and every feature is just a few taps away.

Spaces are my favorite feature. I use them as sub-accounts for different goals. I can name them, set targets, and move money in and out instantly. Automatic rules and round-ups make saving almost effortless.

I had an account for 3 years and they gave hard time from day one! it is like openning an account with a tax dept. or a police dept.! I decided to close my account and advised everyone against dealing with them.

One of the worst banks I have had the unfortunate experience of using .

They sign you up for free but as a hidden 3 month promotion resulting in a monthly charge.

Then when you query the customer service is appalling ! No physical person to call, a constant loop of repetitive emails with no actual response for days.

Anyone looking for a bank in EU or Spain should stay clear of n26 they talk well but deliver a shambles of unprofessional service.

I love this app. I use it for a few years now and I'm supper happy withit. No junk, no disappointment, just doing exactly what it's uspposed to.

It's easy to operate with. Transactions can be done quickly.
Almost everything is released to make ordinary banking without time consuming issues

In general, so far so good. But I was disappointed recently by their decision to close my brokerage account.

My main account for almost a decade. Very reliable bank, good expense tracking features with automatic sorting. What's even better, a full join account is also possible

This is the future of banking. I was with a "regular" bank for about 40 years paying fees for everything they could possibly think of plus quarterly maintenance fees (whatever they were for).
N26 does everything they were doing for free plus pay me interest, only sorry I didn't move sooner!

Cancelled my investments portfolio service for no reason. Can't explain why, support is not helpful. Been a customer for last 4+ years and paid Metal premium subscription from the start. "Premium Support" means getting through AI chatbot agent to actual human only to get answer like "we don't know why we cancelled a service for you sorry". Absolute scam.

I like the updates and the communication.

Probably one of the best banking apps ever. I was able to open a new bank account in less than 10 minutes. The UI is intuitive, card settings can be fine-tuned at any moment (which can be useful for trips abroad), and sending money to other N26 account holders is a breeze thanks to MoneyBeam. Also, when my physical card was stolen, it took me only a few minutes to disable it, and get a new virtual card number in the app. I wish my other banks (yes, I have several accounts) had apps this good.

The application is more than reliable to achieve my monthly transactions and payments. Friendly user app. But there is a problem related to deposit and withdrawal of cash, I feel that I will pay double fees , part for your bank if I exceeded the free threshold or limits, and another fee charged by the host bank that operates the ATM, I understand the limitations of online banking business model , but this issue has made me reconsider my plans to make N26 my primary bank account.

it was no problem opening an account, and so far everything has worked flawless.. just one bad note, i opened the account through an invitation from a friend, and he never got the prize they promised..

N26... I think it is the best online bank because it works well and the customer service is truly excellent. Yes, I would recommend it to anyone. It is very simple and intuitive to use. 5 star🙂👍

N26 is a Profesional and Responsable Bank. APP easy to manager. Low help to finance client.

N26 is a good online bank, steady improving. I wish they could have an owner ATM.

I have generally been very happy with N26. I like the app, the simplicity, and particularly their transparent approach to banking, which is something I really value.

Unfortunately, my recent experience trying to move from a German IBAN to a Spanish IBAN has been very disappointing.

I explained that I wanted to make the Spanish N26 account my main account and transfer a substantial amount of additional funds to it — increasing my current balance by around 15–20x.

N26 told me that they could not migrate my account or allow me to have the two accounts temporarily. Their proposed solution was to open an account with another bank, transfer my money there, close my existing N26 account, open a new N26 account with a Spanish IBAN, and then transfer everything back to N26.

So I followed their suggestion and opened an account with another bank. And that is where I stopped.

I would have gladly continued banking with N26 had they been able to offer a reasonable solution. Instead, a process that was supposed to result in me bringing significantly more funds to N26 ended with me moving my banking elsewhere.

It is difficult to understand how a digital bank that has built such a good customer experience can make something seemingly so simple so complicated — particularly when the result is losing a customer who actually wanted to increase their relationship with the bank.

I still think N26 has a very good product, which is why I’m giving three stars rather than a lower rating. I just wish they had shown a little more flexibility in helping an existing customer stay with them.
