My Virtual Fleet Reviews 

I joined My Virtual Fleet on July 24th, and as a NEW AUTHORITY I was getting frustrated with Brokers not wanting to work with us yet. I spoke to Sam about this and he gave us a play by play on how to book our 1st load. Today is August 10th and we were able to book a load, paying pretty well! My experience with MVF has been very beneficial, I was with MVF for almost a year the first time I joined and I received good paying loads, but because I was new to the industry I had to get use to how things worked. Now this is my second time joining I know what to expect and look forward to getting back to work.

We have a dispatch service, everyday we was fighting just to get semi truck/carrier $2 a mile. So when I seen that on My Virtual Fleet they was offering cargo vans and box trucks better or the same rate, We are now adding more dispatchers just to handle all our new box truck clients

I started using My virtual Fleet in 2021 my first couple of months in the trucking Industry. After spending money on other advertised load boards, and not getting the results, I gave My virtual Fleet a try. The interface was very easy to navigate because it has multiple features. You could actually bid on the board, or you could just set your email up for notifications, which I recommend for beginners. In this feature all you have to do is put in 50 miles from either deadhead location and wait for the notifications to come to your email and you can respond directly with your bid via email. I have used Sylectus and My virtual Fleet, but I give My virtual Fleet the nod over sylectus , because it is heavily monitored for under bidding loads.
Another thing that seperates them apart, is you wont find those shady brokers on My Virtual fleet, Its usually just the reputable ones

Sam is a good guy. I learned a lot about the business. Sam taught me about the rate con, which is information the brokers sends when you win a load. I learned how to register with brokers. This is something the larger companies does not teach. My authority is new so I have won little loads but it’s expected. Bid low in hopes to win a carrier contract if your a new MC. I’ll be back to give a honest review in a few months to let everyone know if this a really good load-board.

Though Sam sounds knowledgeable, it's just because he's been running this scam for years. My virtual fleet is not a real time system, it does get load updates, but about 5 live minutes after every single brokerage has already been updated on the load which is why yours bids are being ignored, because all the loads on Sam's board are already gone. Cancel the credit card, you've given to him, he will ignore all cancellation requests because he's busy swiping $485 from hundreds of unsuspecting truck owners. The good reviews are all Sam just creating reasonable doubt around his product so it seems results may vary, I assure you, they do not vary. All in all, a good scheme for Sam and nothing in return for anyone investing in this "software". All his loads come from Sylectus. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION TO SAM!

There was not as many loads available in my area as Sam portrayed there to be AND I got more loads using his 11 bid template on Sylectus than I did on MVF. I reached out several times for assistance with NO help; even if I was bidding incorrectly, Sam was cc'd on ALL emails for the first 3 months since my authority was new and he never gave any feedback. I had MVF for five months and I never booked ONE load!!!

To Nicole I joined 2yrs ago with a Sprinter didn’t do ALL the steps as Sam lays out to booking a load to contacting brokers Im sure you did the same as I did until I contacted Sam he replied promptly and assisted. Whenever I see a negative review an it’s as long as yours I can assure you spent more time complaining about there excellent service than you did into understanding the virtual fleet load board & software it provides along with tracking all sorts of things you want figure out over night. We’re 1000% satisfied at F1rst Priority Transportation there is NO load board out there for sprinters & box trucks like My Virtual Fleet can’t compare All my loads come off the MVF anywhere you go you will be able to find a load less than 100miles if you know what your doing so please before you go an say something negative reach out an get help from others because you have a business too an you wouldn’t like for a bad review if you could avoid it I can’t speak from your experience only mine but I’m up to 3 box trucks & 1 cargo sprinter & 1 passenger sprinter all built up on MVF in 2yrs so thanks Sam I can’t see where to

I have never left a bad review. I admit I was very skeptical when I heard about My Virtual Fleet. And even more so when I logged into the webinar with the fast talking salesman Sam. I even contacted businesses that left reviews. I didn't get any negative feedback from them but at the same time I didn't get any positive feedback in reference to using the loadboard. Only about using the gps tracking feature. However, I allowed my business partner to talk me into trying this service. We only kept it for 1 month because we weren't getting loads and the feedback we were receiving from many brokers, is that the posts were old by the time we were receiving them ( I think in the 2 months we paid for the service, we only won 2 bids). Basically it is a feed off of the Sylectus board but there is a lag that puts you at a disadvantage. We tried it and it did not live up to our expectations of having a fair chance at bidding on loads, so we moved on with the understanding that My Virtual Fleet would honor the cancelation agreement. However, the reason for the low rating is a combination of the failure to provide live feeds without a significant lag time and also that after cancelling via email AND receiving a response that the cancelation was received. I am still getting a monthly charge for the past 5 months. Every month I have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the charge removed. The last thing I should have to do is spend time getting charges removed that are not legitimate. After speaking with the credit card company today, they have advised me to cancel the card in order to stop the charges. It is unfortunate that My Virtual Fleet, did not live up to their end of the contract. A bit of encouragement... we were only running one van when we signed up for My Virtual Fleet, but now have 2 cargo vans on the road and planning to purchase a box truck soon, so don't get frustrated. My Virtual Fleet is not only option. Be patient and do your research. Good Luck in your business endeavors stay positive and hang in there.

this site is a scam i have got more loads off load boards Im set up brokers that were on this site and loads not real. I ask to cancel my service email Mr. Sam no respond months ago i finally had to get a new card to stop payments and hope i don't have to change Account. People me patience do your research you can learn how to book your own loads i was very disappointed but no one to blame but me do your research get educated about the trucking industry

Please don't waste your Money. A lot of these Loads on here have been reposted. And you have to write a paragraph to even try to get a load off this website. Whatever this Man is asking you to do. You can do it yourself. Sign-up with a butch of Brokers and you don't need his website to do that

I had a very bad experience with this guy Sam. He is not concerned with supporting you with this load board, he is only concerned about getting your money. Save yourself some time and money and do not waste your time with this load board.

How much he really paying you silly cats to write positive reviews in take people money, that ain't cool lying, . My virtual fleet is garbage loadboard.

This was a waste of my money and customer service was poor except when collecting my initial fee. This was an expensive learning experience as the loads available for my state was little to none. If your new to the industry be very careful in paying for this service.

Cancelled my subscription about 6 months ago ( Looks like this guy reply only when he is trying to get new customers, because calls/emails from our side about cancellation were absolutely ignored). We reported problem via our bank and a few of $65 charges were refunded... But I see these charges from MY VIRTUAL FLEET even after that... headache... stay away from these scammers.. By the way - this load board is absolutely useless from the beginning.

Being new to the industry you are learning as you go as well as from research and from other people in the industry. This load board seemed to be the answer to all of my stressors as a new authority with cargo vans. Every broker I called will not deal with you unless your authority is either 60 days to up to 2 years old. You are told to bid no less than $250 otherwise you will get kicked off of the board. This makes no sense when some of those loads really weren't worth charging a company that much for let's say a 10-mile run in a cargo van. It's already hard enough to get business as new authority then you have companies like this who are taking advantage of people. No worries continue doing the business that you do, companies like this never prosper. That is why they ask for the huge down payment because they know that you will find out that is a bunch of crap. The loads that they post are from other boards such as Sylectus. I know this for a fact because I asked a few companies where they post their loads and they said they only post on Sylectus. By the time you bid and/or call for a load its already been taken 10-15 minutes before its even posted on this board. Its a hard lesson learned but never again!

Awesome Load Board. I'm a new business and really needed jobs and assistance to understand a lot of parts. They helped me with lots of bidding help, and broker setup. It's like a subscription to a newspaper. You have to bid to get the jobs! If you don't get the job, you can't blame the newspaper. I have made incredible connections with Brokers and have received lots of jobs. My Profit has doubled and we added 4 trucks since last year! So happy to have found them.

it's a big scam company, taking advantage of people, reporting to BBB, he should not be in business at all, at least in the USA. Sam whatever he's from bad attitude and customer service.

Takes so much time and energy to submit bids that result in not getting 90% of the time. Most loads were booked through DAT and Truckstop. When time to cancel its almoat impossible. Ive sent 5 emails and 3 months later account still not canceled. Do NOT RECOMMEND!

Worse company ever …. Sign up and wasted $350 then yoh have to paid $65 month … pyramid scheme tbh & they tell you that they got more jobs then people liesssss!!!! The 4 months I been here I only got 1 job !!!!! I have been killing my back trying to email everyone to get approval and all of them don’t even answer . I had to curse out someone cause I got mad saying they never answer and they answer me back like oh sorry we get more then 50 request n we click the first 5 ppl !
