It’s not just a load board it has a lot of useful features needed to keep your business running smoothly. The owner is a great guy he always answers when I have a question about how to use platform and whenever I call for help he’s added another useful feature for instance, they utilize A.I to help find Government contracts near you at no additional cost all is included with membership. That’s just one of many but overall this is well worth the money

I truly appreciate the coaching, it's been a transformative boost to my bidding skills. Learning when to reach out to brokers after a bid response has completely changed my approach. Having Samuel’s expertise guiding me personally makes all the difference!

Once again my virtual fleet comes thru. The customer service is unparalleled. No phone calls needed or endless emails to get problem resolved! Just a simple text message with almost immediate response and solution given just as fast. I can’t say enough great things about this load board and entire platform.

Once they get the money they ghost you. Sent tons of emails for these so called leads and no one responds.

We have been utilizing virtual fleet for seven years now since the start of the company.
Virtual fleet provides ease of use, and lots of loads from all over the United States providing loads for smaller vessels like Sprinter vans and box trucks as well.
The CEO who is involved in the company and is able to monitor load bids provides useful guidance on securing loads for your company. Strongly recommend utilizing virtual fleet if your company is just getting started or for those companies that are already established.

Definitely a scam.... You will be flooded with loads in your email making it seem legit. Sam will tell you just to bid through email and email only and do not contact the brokers directly through phone numbers posted (which is strange because if you use DAT/Truckstop or any other loadboard in most cases you call the broker) I had the board for months and never booked 1 load through this platform so after a couple weeks I got curious so I started calling the brokers directly BROKERS TOLD ME THEY'VE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THIS LOADBOARD AND THEY WERE NOT POSTING ON IT. that they posted on Sylectus or other boards most of the time when I called the number to the broker they would tell me the load wasn't even real or that load was days old it was on woman I talked to who was a broker and me and her both went down a rabbit hole and she was saying she was going to report them because she had never posted on this loadboard ever yet they had her name and phone number and the load in question was a week old and was posted on Sylectus I really even think most of these reviews are bots. Sam will let you have as many demos as you're willing to go to telling you "Your bidding wrong" "You're bidding to high" for a week straight I completely underbid on everything and still nothing this is definitely a scam

I started using My Virtual Fleet about 2 weeks ago, and the system is working just as it was described to me. It was also explained that with a new Authority, it would be challenging to get the loads, but if you are persistent and follow what Sam has advised in the bidding process, the jobs will come. I have made valuable Broker connections with Sam's help. Getting your foot in the door is all part of the process. My Virtual Fleet system is vital to my business's growth!

I am quite impressed with this load board. It is indeed a Cargo Van / Sprinter dedicated board.
The email notification system is different and effective.
I don’t miss any new notifications.
Sam teaches you everything you need to know, from how to build your bid making it attractive to the brokers to how to navigate the website.
And the App, crazy easy. Keeping track of the load at all times, allowing you to have all the details you need to keep your shipper informed from pickup to delivery.

This is a great company with a great system that offers lots and lots of loads.

Super scam waste of time you going to bid on thousands of loads and not get any jobs it is a scam ran by a British guy no surprise the king of scams their whole society is based on scamming people globally and this is what he probably does for a living scam people hundreds of dollars for nothing you can bid on thousands of loads and waste your time

After signing up with My Virtual Fleet. I used the tools that were provided during training and began receiving carrier packets and loads. I can definitely say with confidence that I will continue to use My Virtual Fleet to grow my business. The customer service is great! Whenever I have a question, I send a email or text and receive an immediate response.

My wife and I started a Cargo Van business in March 2025. We signed up for multiple load boards but none of them had loads for our equipment. In October we decided to give it one more month. My wife came across Sam and My Virtual Fleet October 10th. We spoke with him that night and went through his webinar. We have now onboarded with several brokers and are landing multiple loads every week. Thanks Sam!

MyVirtualFleet is great for my Cargo Van business as an independent driver ! Software makes it easy to search my area, filter distance for live loads. I learned a lot of strategies from MVF demo's and support on rates, bidding and general industry info, that I had not received from other Load Boards. DAT board didn't have any for my vehicle, but MVF has loads across all states and cities 7 days a week I see.

This load board really helped with finding loads for my cargo van. I started only a few months ago so still getting going to start my delivery business, and MyVirtualFleet has helped me with getting lots of bidding tips and industry understanding. I like the demo’s and am learning the software. I am getting more work each week and trying to get more brokers. I think this load board has the most loads for my van that I’ve tried so far.

I signed up for the service after participating in one of the training sessions just last week. I bid on a load exactly as instructed and immediately got the job. Great service and great program. One last thing....he always answers his phone.
