My experience with Umrah Package is that of nothing but positives right from the time I contacted them to help plan for Umrah trip. The package that they presented to me was very lucrative, luxurious and well within my budget. Also, the services provided by the agents, drivers and guides of My Umrah Package were very helpful and they provided me with the necessary reminders and guidance which removed any form of difficulties, anxiety and travel stress from my way. The hotels that I stayed in are just in few walking distance from all the major masjid, both in Madinah and Makkah, which made it very easier for me to attend and pray all of my 5 daily prayers for sunnah in a congregation. I will surely do my future Umrah again if Allah wills using My Umrah Package. I will also recommend My Umrah Package to everyone who is looking for a well organized Umrah Package. My experience with Myumrahpackages was super amazing, easy and done in such a professional way. Brother Hasan Mujtaba was so diligent with everything from paperwork to great hotels reservation. I had a great flight (Saudi Airlines has a designated prayer area) which is so amazing. The transportation in Mecca and Medina were excellent and very well coordinated. I had a wonderful experience with Junaid Bhai, who helped arrange the Umrah package for me, my husband, and my child. From start to finish, the entire process was absolutely smooth — from tickets and visas to transportation and guidance. Everything was handled professionally and with great care.

We were provided with a very comfortable car in Madinah, and the sightseeing arrangements were truly amazing and memorable. Junaid Bhai made sure every detail was taken care of, which made our journey stress-free and spiritually fulfilling.

Our point of contact was Junaid. He was easily accessible during the entire time. Transportation was excellent. Our stay in Medina was great. The hotel in Makkah "El Ebaa" was at a reasonable distance from Haram, however I would not recommend it for Cardiac patients. The walk to haram is about 15 minute from this hotel but it is a steep climb. Our airline tickets were also arranged through Air France and Saudi Airlines. Air France turned out to be Delta, though there is a separate Air France flight from Boston. In future I would prefer Turkish Airlines or Emirates. Both layovers with these airlines have designated prayer areas.

Excellent communication from Mr Hasan who worked through details getting visa, airline tickets excellent hotel in Mecca transport arrangement flawless.
Qatar airways will rate as OK for A2B transport though emirates fares much better.
Airport to hotel transfer driver was very helpful and courteous
Clock tower hotel was best for location with Khanae Kaaba view and easy access so close and rooms and meals excellent
Ziarat tour was THE BEST IN MECCA GREAT DETAILS AND PATIENCE TO SHOW
TRANSFER TO MEDINA VERY GOOD
Movenpick hotel excellent location for reaching masjid nabui but under par on rooms and room service. Breakfast very good

Transport back to airport EXCELLENT
QATAR FLIGHT TRANSFER IN DOHA HECTIC THROUGH THE SECURITY AND VERY RUSHED.
OVERALL WILL DO AGAIN WITH SOME MODIFICATION LIKE - more the 7-8 days apart from flight times will be comfortable with kids or elderly pilgrims

Overall 5 Star to Hasan @ myumrah packages helped lot and gave us confidence. Recommend this service.

My experience with Myumrahpackages was very easy and amazing customer service. Nina is was such a great help. He helped me with scheduling, transportation, and hotel reservations. He was very patient and worked with me to make sure I got all the help I needed as travelling solo. He had my dream come true and was such an easy proses.

I would recommend this package, alhamduallah their communication has been excellent from the very start. I was working with Eisha the entire time and she has been very helpful. She gave us a quote and we made multiple amendments to the original package that worked with our plan. I request a specific hotel and they worked well with me. Flight was great and the transportation was on time and amazing communication as well. Alhamduallah it’s been smooth. I was worried at first because it was my first time using a booking agency and they were great

The company arranged all my travel at no time and at the exact time that i requested..Qatar airlines were really comfortable and i even had free wifi in economy class for free.. the best hotels booked and drivers mostly sharp on time.. Hasan was really helpful.. the company kept checking on me at every step of the way making a smooth transition from one area to the other and making sure the drivers on time & booking are correct
however the hotel was really busy in Madina and required me to check at 12pm and the rise was at 8pm and I had to wait on hotel lobby for 8hrs

Excellent experience planned and booked (last minute in less than a month) by Junaid who was available at all times of the day for any questions on booking. The trip for us was less than $2000 per person for a 10 day package from the USA! This was insanely cheap compared to other companies quoting $2800+!!! Seamless trip and the accommodations were excellent. Would recommend My Umrah Packages for anyone planning on going to Umrah soon.
