I've used this company previously and they've been able to source hard to find tires, they've been accurate, although sometimes the production dates can be a hit and miss.

Sometimes they're hit and miss, and they're generally fairly promptly to support requests through their contract form.

However, on my current order I am having an issue of conflicting information. Emails saying the tyres have been shipped and in my account it shows the order is cancelled.

If you call up, the useless AI chatbot just sits in a loop on the phone asking if it can help but never does, wasting your time. So be careful, if there is an issue with your order you cannot reach anybody.

I've been a repeat customer having ordered 8 previous time. But this will be the last time. Because if something goes wrong, it's not worth the hassle of being chatted to by a useless AI asking if you are still there and how it can help. Then no longer responding until it asks you the same thing again.

States tyres available next day delivery, turns out they ship from Germany. Tracking doesn't update, stated tyres were delivered to garage, no notification to say they were, only found out when I requested a refund, which is still in process and has currently taken just over a month! Purchased 6th May and still trying to get a refund. AVOID

An utter shambles from start to finish. Order showed as “delivered” when it wasn’t, then as “cancelled” when it wasn’t. Then a huge delay in delivery so I cancelled which was confirmed, then the tyres get delivered the same day. Appalling customer service - the online BOT is useless and it’s impossible to actually speak to someone. Then my refund kept getting delayed. They fundamentally failed at every single point.

I ordered 2 tyres on 15 June 2026. I received confirmation of order. By 5 July still no tyres! I phoned them and could only speak to an AI who after many wasted minutes said I had received 1 tyre which I had not. Impossible to speak to anyone??

A buyer beware company... They offer tyres at a reasonable price and promise a 30 day money back guarantee.... that is until you try to exercise that... You cannot find a return address anywhere... You cannot speak to anyone, except an ai bott, which sends you around in circles. There is an online form to complete with a promise that someone will get in touch, but none ever does. I found that the 30-day money back guarantee is nothing more than empty words, I would avoid this company if you feel unsure about what you are ordering, the 30-day money back guarantee doesn't appear to exist.... Buyer beware.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

The delivery times are misleading, and before ordering I contacted their online assistant to arrange tyre fitting at one of their partner garages. I was told this could be done, but after I placed the order the tyres were set to be delivered to my home instead.

I tried to change the delivery within 10 minutes of ordering, but it’s almost impossible to contact anyone. The “customer service” is just an endless AI loop that keeps repeating the same answers without solving anything. There is no direct phone number, no real person to speak to, and you’re constantly told someone will call you back. In my case, it took around 48 hours before anyone contacted me, and even then the issue wasn’t properly resolved.

I’ve genuinely never dealt with customer service this poor.

There are plenty of other tyre retailers out there. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere. Unless you want to spend days chasing someone for answers and age 10 years in the process, stay well away from mytyres.co.uk.

Very poor customer services, paid for my tyre a week ago and still have not received any despatch information. Customer service is AI and cannot understand simple English language, tracking information is in German and I am struggling to get my money back. Do not use this company.

Tyre turned up late n it’s 3 years old I’ve never been sent a new tyre that’s been this old never again will I purchase anything from these suppliers steer well clear

I have ordered two tyres a month ago. On the due delivery date I get an email to say they have been dispatched.
Two weeks following that I received one tyre. I have utilised their horrendous live chat, call and email. I was told sorry and a replacement will be with me.

10 days have passed no tyre. Their website has now said the replacement is cancelled. The kicker my vehicle is no longer roadworthy I’m stuck at work paying accommodation. I have emailed every day requesting an update. If you want to do business with the worst possible then look no further.

Been waiting over a month for my tires, There is no contact number only a email address which when you email you get the same default reply. Don't use them avoid at all costs....

They sent me incorrect tyres. I won't recommend this company totally based on AI bots. I sent emails no reply. Poor customer services. Be aware.

Order tyres on 11th of June and still don’t receive it. It’s not possible to reach real person just AI . What next. Absolutely terrible experience.

I have been waiting one month for my tyres - no ETA given - you can't call for an uopdate or to complain as the service is completely AI and will not put you through to a real person. The online web chat says you can speak to a real person in 5 minutes, but no one replaies after one hour. Absolutely do not buy from this company it appears it may be a scam.

Ordered tyres on 12th June, still not arrived on 1st July.
Tracking links from the mytyres site go to DPD Germany, which says parcel was delivered on 19th June. Mytyres webchat gives me links to DPD Germany which says tyres have been in transit since 23 June and were due to be delivered yesterday. I don't know if they will ever turn up, and have zero faith in the information I am getting, so I have cancelled. Apparently I will get a refund tomorrow, fingers crossed. (On the plus side they were twenty quid cheaper than the same tyres elsewhere :| )

I don't recommend this seller - the delivery time is to long. I've ordered tires on June 20, the estimated delivery time was 2-4 days but now 2 weeks past they still haven't arrived.

Still waiting for a motorcycle tyre to arrive. Delivery date keeps going back and back. AI chat absolutely useless. Impossible to actually speak to anyone. Please DON'T use this company.

Ordered a tyre and realised that the delivery time would be too long, immediately requested to cancel the order and requested a refund which was accepted.

I have had maybe 10 emails telling me that my order has been refunded but my bank cannot find any trace of the incoming transfer. I have asked repeatedly for bank details to initiate a trace to no avail. They don’t respond to the emails, I’m now left with no tyre and no money. Really awful.

The company is based in Germany so not in the uk as you would think, trying to speak to anyone is a nightmare as it’s all AI! Waiting 4 weeks now and counting for 2 tyres is a joke! Never again!

Arrived 26th.
And whilst I waited there was no communication from them.
I called and got an AI response that was not helpful at all.
Chatted on WhatsApp with AI. We went around in circles for 2 days.
I would never use again.

Complete joke of an outfit, website stated delivery 2-3 working days so I made the order and payment but when the confirmation arrived delivery was suddenly 14 days +. After going round in circles with AI "Help" I finally got to speak to someone who actioned the cancellation and advised that I should see my refund in a few days. Well after 16 days and lord knows how much wasted time chasing the refund I've finally got my money back.
That'll be my first and last dealings with mytyres
