I was scammed by someone who made a…
I was scammed by someone who made a booking using my credit card details. I have had numerous emails with TrainPal and sent them all the information I have including a screenshot with details of the transaction. TrainPal have not accepted the screenshot as evidence and now want a bank statement showing the transaction. A bank statement will not give any further information than that what is shown on the screenshot, so I have no idea why they are unwilling to accept it. I am out of pocket and they are refusing to reimburse me or compensate me. I find this appalling customer service

Avoid!!! Tickets disappeared from app. Contacted TrainPal several times but they failed to resolve. Requested they send them again as they had proof the tickets had been paid for. They weren’t sent. Five tickets had to be bought again so we could return. Needless to say these were not purchased from TrainPal. Will never use them again.

I use this company every time yet they still screw me... I made a mistake yet... They can't sort my refund out... And all i wanted was 2 change a date on the ticket... Yet they pass the bucket... To national express... Yet i was on hold 4 over... 45mins and no answer... 2 ssy im not happy... Is a understatement..
But as a loyal customer i expect better... But i will definitely think... Twice if i ever use them again...

Discount codes never work
Once again tried to use a discount code from the Independent Newspaper to get 20% of a rail card, however although it’s meant to be a verified offer the Trainline App always defaults to a poorer offer and wants me to register an account. Simply don’t trust a company that operates like this so certainly wouldn’t want the risk of having an account and then having my details

Spin To Win £30 Game On TrainPal
Many people say this is a legit site to buy train tickets which may be the case. However, the reason why I’m rating it so low is because it advertises a spin to win game that is an obvious scam. I’ve asked people around and done it myself and they just keep asking you to invite people. Like a pyramid scheme. But if you just want to buy train tickets they are legit as far as I’m concerned.
