I needed to return items for a refund. I used the Chat Box to ask for how to handle this. I VERY QUICKLY GOT customer service on a Sunday afternoon, complete with an email confirming a full refund AND a postage paid mailing label for the refund! Couldn't ask for more than that!

I am very impressed with this company ethics, they really try hard to please the customer and make their purchase with them a good experience, as with any company every once in awhile you experience a glitch but if it when that happens they are there within minutes to correct any trouble or "glitch" that may have arrised, in one of the pickiest customers that must venders will experience but this company is tops as far as I'm concerned, their customer service is the best in the business, give them a try , you won't be disappointed
