Fantastic company with high quality products
I struggled to find a new wax company after my usual company stopped trading, I found Mystical Moon Melts a few months ago and purchased a few bars of my favourite scents and couldn’t believe the scent throw that comes from them. I have since ordered a variety of products and have been beyond impressed with the high quality of all items.
After a few minutes of melting the wax melts my house was instantly filled with incredible scents. I am able to burn the same melt 3-4 times with the scent still strong.
The huge variety of scents provided enables lots of choices to appeal to all customers.
The room sprays are the best I have used to date. Again the scent is accurate and strong, remaining on my household items (sofa in particular) for very long periods of time.
I think the prices are great especially for the high quality of products received.
Packaging is beautiful and secure I’ve never received a damaged product. Emma and the team take great pride in their company and the added personal touches of confetti and other bits makes delivery day an even more enjoyable experience.
The customer service received is like no other, whenever I have had a question my message is responded to efficiently and in a very friendly and professional manner.
I have been throughly impressed with Mystical Moon Melts and urge anyone interested in purchasing from them to definitely do so.
