Utterly disgraceful company. I ordered 2 pairs of denim jeans and had to return them because they did not fit. I am still waiting on my refund...they keep asking for a stamp from their warehouse! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Worst website I have ever used. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I bought three clothing items and only got 2 of them, with one wrong item. When I returned the wrong item and one expensive item I didn't liked, I didn't got a refund, not even for the item I didn't receive. They will keep asking for a stamp from their warehouse, without reading my mail, when I ask for a refund for the item I didn't receive. Avoid buying from this website, that only looks trustworthy from the surface, but is actually untrustworthy. I will not ever buy here again.

Springfield Ohio public defender office the head man bullied and threatened a inmate that he was representing the inmate and his girlfriend lived together and couldn’t get along because her mom tried to run his house hold the girlfriend live with him with her 3 children he had no children it trouble after trouble it was childish stuff long story short keeping up with everything he made bond and they couldn’t stay from each other and she keep calling police on him her and her mom he put her and her children out she keep either the police the courts wouldn’t lock him back up he tried to turn his self in they wouldn’t take him they told him go back to Virginia at his own expense he did the young lady lied even went to the courts to defend him all toxic now Mr. Marshall trying to bully him and he also had a prosecutor as well trying bully the inmate this what the Caucasian people do and the judicial system wrote I’m gonna get Rhonda Young on this story so she can expose county public defenders office can you imagine Clark County not accepting a person is trying to turn himself in and tell them to go back to another state. They’re not taking them discriminate against him trying to say he did something that he didn’t and people lying on a 911 call to a dispatcher that’s why you need to record it. Do not support Clark county sheriffs office. At all people don’t support do not support them. They need to report them to the state. They are a profession and if anything happened to my son while in clark county jail I will sue them He’s a chronic diabetic.

Not trustworthy any more
I waited for 3 weeks for my order, with no information about shipping. Contact center told me that it was still at the storrage at the moment (!!!). After an hour, I received sms from the store that it, in fact, was there for some time. I decided to return the item, and now, a month later, I still haven't received refund. This is the last time I shopped at Springfield. They lost my trust and respect.

Alicante Store Staff extremely RUDE
The staff working in this store are extremely rude.
They stand behind their tills talking and not wanting to serve customers. When I asked why I’m waiting so long to be served I’m told to wait. Also if I don’t want to wait I don’t have to buy anything or come into shop.
The manager and his/her staff do not have any customer service skills at all. They do not like to be told if you have a problem within shop. Also if they know you are a holiday maker they treat you second class.
I’ve complained to Head Office and waiting for a response.

I bought a jacket on the 20th of December 2024 today is 30th of December 2024 so simply in 10 days a jacket that bought expensive to be broken almost everywhere , buttons are broken, cane out of its place, didn't even hold on the second day of use and already pilling is redicilous, and of course now I can nonlonger return a product that is complete waste of money. Awful. I used to buy from Springfield all the time until I made an order for Christmas of almost 500 euros. It’s been a month and I don’t have my order, I don’t have the gifts for this Christmas and I don’t have the refund. The client service is completely useless. I even have email saying the refund was made. I didn’t received anything so i proceeded to contact them again and they said they are still looking into it. This is a joke. I never ever ever again going to buy from this store. You reallly lost a loyal client.

I ordered online (approx EUR 80) but when I decided I wanted to return Springfield became a bad communicators. Vague return address in Madrid te be used. A first no consignee, just an address, laten on 2 individuals were suggested ... vague... As customer you have to fully manage your own a package courier... no assistance from Springfield and very expensive return (EUR 25). Upon request for more support Springfield simply repeats the non-functioning return policy. I will never order again at Springfield.

Info on "Rücksendung" is very vague. You do not receive a "Rücksendungsschein". It is not clear to which address you need to send the Paket back.
And return is not free. In 2024.
TERRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE
I did a purchase of 200 euros online, the shipping is missing and no one responses, 15 days after I still can't request my money back. I did the purchase using a gift card and I also won't be able to get my money back.
It's the 2nd purchase that I made online and is a total mess, I can't understand how they sent 100 emails a week for this service, it does not make sense.

Must say that the two guys there were not nice at all they didn't behave in a customer good manner !
