I've ordered clothes from Cortefiel before. I was satisfied with the delivery and the products. But with my last order, it turned out that medium isn't always medium. So I tried returning the clothes. You can create a return ticket on Cortefiel's website, but they don't provide a return label. Moreover, it's unclear which address everything should be sent to. After contacting Cortefiel, I received an email with the address and, in parentheses, a message that the customer is responsible for paying for shipping. In conclusion, I kept the clothes that didn't fit.

This company is ridiculous, I purchased 3 items that unfortunately I had to return. Seems that they don't offer free returns which in all honesty I should have known before ordering, but I had to ship the return out of pocket to Spain. After receiving confirmation that it had been delivered waited more than a week for my refund which I never received. Contacted customer support only to be told that I need to send them a delivery note with a signature of someone from their warehouse which the carrier never sent me. Now I don't have the items nor my refund. Very bad company

Great stuff, service is below zero. Bought 10 items online, didn't receive yet. Tried to get in touch, no answers. Parcel is displayed out for delivery for 4 days. Asked for tracking code, information, help. Zero, nada. Last time I bought in this store. Level of service is not matching 2025 standards.

The package arrived with the trousers missing from a matching set of trousers+jacket and a note that said "sorry we were out of the trousers, we'll return the money" and a singular piece of candy. At no point during the two week wait for the package did they attempt to let me know they didn't send me the second half of a matching set. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered the jacket at all, it's of no use now. Also the money still hasn't been sent.

I placed an online order on January 14, and as of today, February 17, I am still waiting for my package! I have received no information about the delivery date or the status of my order. Every week, I send an email and receive a standard response, yet the situation remains unresolved.
It is unacceptable that no one is able to provide me with a clear update or a solution regarding my order.

Be careful with this store, Cortefiel Plaza Madeira, look at the invoice, they bill twice for the same item and if the customer is distracted, they pay double and only take one item. And then they don't take any responsibility, they're frauds.

My products were sent to the wrong adres, mistake from pedro del hierro / cortefiel.
No reply or an email that the goods were received...... App communication only in spanish and.no reply from an agent. When not is Spain do not order here !!!!. 120 euros down the drain.....

Orders something on the 2nd of September, until this very day it’s not delivered and today morning the courier website shows that the shipment was cancelled, I called Cortefiel several time and they are insisting that the shipment is on delivery since last weeks which is total scam and lie

I bought 4 coats from Cortefiel and after 3 days I tried to return two of them
I was told I could not return a leather jacket.I asked the saleslady where that information was displayed and she said it is on the receipt. No where in the store does it say you cannot return leather coats. I’m not sure what good it is on the receipt that you receive after purchase
I found the staff completely unsympathetic to the problem. I wrote a complaint and I shall wait for an answer
The return service is incredibly bad. I tried to return a jacket with a broken zipper and it turns out I need to pay the shipping cost for a dysfunctional product across Europe for EUR 18!
On top, the email replies showed clearly any other language than Spanish does not work.
If you are outside Spain I would not recommend to order there unless you are absolutely sure you will keep it!
I ordered a pair of boots in size 38, the parcel arrived with 1 boot size 38 and one boot size 39! I reordered another pair, parcel arrived and box said size 38 however boots inside were size 39. I now have 2 pairs of incorrectly sized boots and the customer service line or email is not responding! I've paid 250 euro for these boots and 3 weeks later I still have no solution from Cortefiel on arranging collection or refunding me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED
Edit: A customer service rep, while I was politely explaining the issue said I was "ranting on about the issue" could not have been more rude if he tried.
Received a pair of shoes size 40 instead of 38. Wrote them, received response in Spanish that they will take care of my return but no details how this could be arranged. My order was marked by them as returned so can't even officially register return. Haven’t heart anything more. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced!!!!!
The worst online service .4 weeks didn't get the order and just we will contact special department .Just waisted time and nerves with this company.And can't ask for refund till you receive the order.
2 Months have passed and I still don't have my order. Called more than 10 times to ask for a refund ou another order and the answer is always the same: "We'll transfer you case to the correct department with high priority".
Don't use the online service, it's the worst I've ever seen
Exceptionally bad and inflexible customer service - would not accept a simple size exchange because it was slightly late, as due to COVID, I could not visit the store within the return dates.
We received a parcel with many items, some of them really bad crafted so we arranged a return. They told us to pay it because (they say) this is usually pay by the costumer. In their website it says this is not if there is a faulty item or shipment. Therefore, we made a complaint. We had to make photos of the items (was not only one) and follow dense discussions almost every second day.
At the end, they agreed on making a collection of the items but because in some of the emails we exchanged, they said they would do it and not because a size 42 of trousers is like a 56, or the L shirt can fit 3 L-sized people.
I agree there was some misunderstanding because I dared to contact the Spanish costumer service after the one in English was not making any sense (different things were said at different days or different times of the day).
After one month, they arranged the collection of the parcel. It was not the day we agreed, but in any case the collection worked. Shortly after, I received an email from the costumer service telling me that they need the stamped proof that they received the items in their warehouse in order to proceed with the return of the money and so on. 0_0
The problem: I am not the one who arranged the collection nor paying for the courier nor receiving it and therefore, I cannot have access to this information.
I think it is the worst experience I have ever made with online shopping and I order even my food online every week!
