I ordered a plaque for granddaughters Xmas and when it came I got the date wrong!! I contacted the company and they confirmed that it was fault but offered to make another for me only paying postage and set up fees. I was delighted and can’t praise them enough.

Really really happy with my magnet. Good quality. Timely arrival and music plays without any problems. I am really happy with my purchase and I would recommend. This is a gift and I can’t wait for my partner to have this at Christmas.

I order two little music boxes as I have friends who both have big birthdays coming up. I chose special tunes to them and my favourite photos. This is a delightful way to capture what our friendships mean.

I ordered the Custom Music Flipbook Frame Animation Machine from myspotifyplaqueuk as a special anniversary gift. Unfortunately, the product was faulty on arrival. While the design looked ok, the music never worked properly — even after trying all troubleshooting steps (cranking, charging, etc.). After a short charge, the light stopped working entirely, and the sound only played for a few seconds before cutting out. The crank was also half-broken and felt flimsy.

That said, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received throughout by Amanda. The team was prompt, polite, and responsive, and they offered me a full refund after seeing the issue.

It’s a real shame, as I had high hopes based on the positive reviews. Perhaps it was just a faulty batch — but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me.

Lovely little box and the only company to have my granddaughters music from their childhood.

Ordered Glass A5 plaque, it was alot smaller than A5 and was acrylic, I had to prove to the company it was smaller than A5 by a picture with measurements on it? They don't seem to know what sizes they are sending out. Asked for a full refund of £18.94 as it wasn't what was ordered and they admitted it was their error, have been offered a refund, less delivery, less 50% restocking fee so basically £6? It was their error yet they expect me to pay £12 for their mistake??? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I recently ordered a plaque with a custom image on it as a gift and the order was processed and delivered within the timeframe stated. However, the quality of the photo was much lower than expected as the image was somewhat washed out and pixelated. Given the limitations of working with Acrylic the pixelation is not entirely unexpected.

A positive was that the scan feature worked and the chosen song played.

Another thing to consider before purchasing is that the item is manufactured and delivered from China despite the ".co.uk" address. This is something that may affect your delivery time.
