Measurements were not accurate and held up the approval for minor property improvement. Disappointing. Even though I acknowledge it’s not a legal document, measurements should be within a foot if not inches of actual.

GIS accuracy can vary depending on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the quality of the input data, the accuracy of the spatial reference system used, and the precision of the analysis methods. These factors can sometimes impact accuracy in measurements between structures and property lines. We ask our clients to verify measurements (especially key measurements related to the project) and, if there any discrepancies, our drafters will update the plan free of charge. Well worth the upfront cost for a detailed drawing. I just have to hit print and staple it to my permit submission. For modifications added like a deck, I submit an aerial photo with a drawing attached for location and they handle the rest. Comes out great. THank you!

This was great. I needed it for a permit application in my township and the team got me what I needed and fast. I chose the middle option. My site was a little difficult to get a good view of because we just bought it and the township maps hadn't updated yet. Lisa and I spoke and emailed a lot and got it all worked out and it was a big bonus to know that there was excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this and it is well worth the money.

It depicts my property well but there are out buildings shown that haven’t been there for over a year and the new shed is not. It’s good enough to use for what I need it for.
