The site plan I got for the property was fine. My issue was with the rest of my experience. I called and spoke with someone about getting floor plans along with the site plan for my property. They told me to upload sketches of the floor plan along with a description of what I wanted. I did that and did not receive the floorplans. I was emailed by (Ana) that the site plan was ready. At that point I asked her where were the floor plans and she said that she did not receive any info for them even though I uploaded it to the original quote. At that point I replied to the email and attached the floor plans along with another attachment with the room sizes. She responded back saying she need the room sizes. Once I received that email I realized that she was not able to follow simple instructions and read the emails I sent. I stopped communicating and took my business elsewhere.

We're glad the site plan met your needs, but agree that the communication around your request for floor plans could have/should have been better. Your floor plan sketches and list of dimensions is exactly what we needed in order to quote. We're not sure why that didn't happen but we are following up with the drafter now. It's understandable that you decided look elsewhere for assistance with the floor plans and we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication. Thanks again for your feedback,
